I updated all of my equipment using the self install method and had several pieces of older equipment to return. Went to the store On Sunday, right at store opening time. Although there was a line when we arrived, it was quickly and smoothly handled so that no one had to wait for long.
Ron, the agent who took care of us, was very friendly, helpful and indeed an expert in his job. We were in and out very quickly, our returns and issues were handled perfectly and we were again on our way. What a pleasant experience. Thank you !

Way too busy for me. 1hr + wait. I am going to make an appointment to see if that's better. (Just wanting to exhange a DVR for a WiFi extender)

This has to be the absolute worst place to do business with in Pasco County. There is 4-5 sales associates and 15 people in line. When they get done with a customer they disappear into “the back” for 30-40 minutes. Been here for over 2 hours now. Just for equipment pick up that has already been paid for. And the “boss” stays in the back.

Bring a book , snacks and maybe a pillow. You’re going to be there awhile. Slowest customer service. Need more employees.With the price they charge for internet services you would think they could hire some more employees!! Waited over an hour just to return equipment because I cancelled my service !!!If you must go here MAKE AN APPOINTMENT online before you go !

Stephanie did an amazing job taking care of my parents as they switched to Spectrum's mobile service. She was very knowledgeable and patient with their many questions. She has a great attitude and represents this company very well. I highly recommend having her take care of you.

Nice location but not sure where all the employees went with 10 people waiting. I understand when it's time for you to get off work you clock out but I know there's a supervisor on duty that should have stepped in.

When you finally get helped they are nice enough. Fortunate for me, half the folks in front of me left so I only waited 45 minutes? make a reservation ahead of time folks! Wish I’d known that!!!

Not impressed had to wait over a hour for replacement router that I was sent a letter that I needed to replace. The young man working kept apologizing saying it's been a long day. Came home setting up new equipment was having problems getting connected with yhe internet had to call customer service for help. Watched him at store scan new equipment but women on phone said she had no info on her end. She was very helpful and did get us connected. This whole process of getting this new equipment was a joke. In the beginning it said I could get it delivered to my house in the letter when I called to get this done women on phone was clueless about the letter and what I was calling about at the end of call said I would receive it 3 or 4 days. Well never did receive it. Called back 10 days later only to talk to someone eles who didn't know anything about the letter I received. Knowing I probably wasn't going to receive it for the second time I choose to drive the 35 minutes to the closest store to get it myself. Totally aggravated with the process I went thru for replacement equipment that I didn't even request. That I was told I needed to do by you. My equipment worked fine. Next time let your representatives know what's going on when you send out letters.

James Kacynski was a night saver!!! My phone was not working all day, right before closing I came n & he put a real SIM card in instead of the digital I had. He said, no big deal. Huge Deal!!! Saved my night! I highly recommend Spectrum and New Port Richey!

A very slow customer service experience. Took 45 minutes of waiting in line just to get a receipt to return some equipment. Nothing more and nothing less. The gentleman that finally did help me was very nice, but no reason that 12+ people should be waiting in line on a Sunday afternoon to get assistance.

Coming into this store has been a great experience. Bradley helped me when I started service both internet and phone plans. He also help with picking out my phone. Thank you Spectrum for have a valuable employee He's the best

I came in today needing to switch over to my fathers phone line. Ray was super helpful and really helped me out. Ray was super knowledgeable and really going out of his way to help me out.

This place makes the DMV look wonderful in terms of waiting times! Get an appointment before you come. There are three employees and each customer takes at least 10 minutes to process. If you don’t have an appointment, expect to be there more than an hour.

Place is packed with people but only 3 employees. Internet service from spectrum is just slightly slower than the customer service at this store. Not enough seats for the people with kids waiting in here. The screens that show the people in line waiting for service are turned off so people don't know how long will they be waiting. Horrible experience. Spectrum will be very fast to take your money for slow Internet but can't put enough seats or employees in this store.

Do not use spectrum, They lie to you. Went in to sign up for just Wi-Fi, the representative that sold me the plan told me they would give me a discount if I bundled with their dumb tv option and used the Wi-Fi package. My first bill comes out and I found out it wasn't ever a bundle offered by them. They just lie to get more sales under their belt. Filing a complaint for the company and a complaint with their corporate office. The guy that sold me a plan was bigger, had glasses and red hair, do not go to him, he will lie to you.
