This bank is a joke!!! Literally froze my funds and closed my account and couldn’t get access to my money because of so called fraud!!! lol long story short my father passed away and they wrote me a check from his account with remaining funds and i deposited it and now they shut down my account cant access any of my money and have all kinds of transactions going into account in which now iam screwed over on that too.. Literally had this bank for maybe a month or so!!! joke stay away

Well other then reaching out several times back in July when I opened this account with Jennifer Brook's!She was helping out at this branch.Brought a promotion to open up a account, With qualified deposits you can get any wear from 200.00 to 400.00 within a 60 day calendar period . wait for it and I quote....you must maintain a 2500 balance lie #1while going through paper work preparing for the the year ending in January...to my surprise not true all I had to do was and I excited the term's and conditionings.Taking several steps I'm of course try to get what is owed to me is like pulling teeth so now I'm reaching out to the owner of this Bank to please believe in fair banking procedures not misrepresented round robin excuses I have my terms and conditions I've made all the calls I'm not going anywhere! And just deposit the amount that I opened this account part 1 personal account deposit the correct amount that the terms and conditions are .. please and thank you! PMiss Brooks Will not return my calls !

This bank is fantastic! The employees treat you like a family member, not a number! The management is wonderful and customer service superb. I have had some complex situations over the past 8 months, handling my mother's estate and business affairs, all involving TD Bank. They have helped me tremendously and with smiles on their faces. Ricky, the Manger, is the best! ?

Terrible, post the withdrawals then the deposits, been ripping people off for a long time. Kept a 2600 average balance, worked there magic removed the 2500 average balance perks,ripped me off,they are shady in there practices.Will nickle and dime you.

They gave me a hard time trying to change my name on MY account. They said I have to get the other person on the account to sign too. Why? It's my name being changed, and MY account, not theirs.

This is not a good representation of TD bank at all. I walk in and a desk person asks my name and tells me to have a seat, then I wait for 20+ minutes while she helps the two other people waiting in front of me, while two people wait for the teller line... there are apparently only two people working here at a time. Not a good look for the bank. I am surprised TD let's them keep their bank name on this location, they should just go ahead and shut this one down. Not everyone has time in their life to deal with this.

I was not a fan but since wyndi has been in charge it’s a whole different ball game! Excellent service can’t beat it!!
