We have been here for breakfast and lunch and both were excellent. So excellent we made reservations for dinner this past Saturday. We were very disappointed in the table for 4, so small we had to consolidate dishes to make our meals fit. We asked for an addition of a table for 2, our waitress said no and shrugged her shoulders. The table for 2 remained empty the whole time. The chef was extremely heavy handed with the salt. Everything was very salty. Our friends ordered a meal size salad and a risotto which they wanted to share. They agreed to pay a split plate fee. They did not realize it would be $9.00. We will stick to breakfast and lunch, as they will not get our dinner business again. It was as if it was two different places.

Beautifully restored historic hotel! So yes the rooms are tight and there isnt much in the way of amenities. The front desk is great, HOWEVER, we happened to stay during a large wedding (no notification of that during booking). There is absoltuely no way they should book out to non-wedding guests during something like that, just make the wedding pay you more. The DJ goes in the lobby and you will hear it all night even on the 3rd floor, its not a big place, there is no escape. Other night we stayed was fine. Our bathroom trash did have someones shaving cream in it... but it was otherwise clean.Nearby activities: Right next to the amazing Sims Park which has trails, ducks, a huge playground and a splash fountain.Walkability: Plenty of places to eat around all within walking.

An amazing Boutique Hotel built in 1927 i have gone by this hotel all my life and finally got a chance to stay here it was an amazing experience im glad to see the hotel back in operation and restored…my only complaint is that the elevator is slow as a turtle but it’s an amazing hotel each room is different and themed after the original 1927 Spanish revival style each room has an HD tv and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Pasco county its reasonable rates too $130 per night for a non member rateRooms: The rooms are all different and quaint themed after the 1920’s Spanish Revival Style and decorated with photos of the history of New Port Richey and The Hacienda Hotel in it’s heydayNearby activities: There is a nearby Live Theater call Richey Suncoast Theater 2 blocks from the hotel they always have a show going onWalkability: The Hacienda is located right in front of Sims Park and next to the Withlachoochi River and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants along Main Street in downtown New Port RicheyNoteworthy details: The hacienda has 40 rooms themed after the 1920’s Spanish Revival Style and each room is different

Katie was amazing. The drinks the Hascinda 1927 and the cherry-chello so good. We sat outside one the patio in the warm sun. Lunch was more than satisfying. The overall atmosphere was friendly. The old world vibe. We wanted to visit in 2023 didn't get the opportunity, so we put it on our bucket list for 2024 and it didn't disappoint.

Room 111 was spacious and clean. The Hacienda hotel is a historic building and according to the internet opened February 5, 1927 which means at the time of this post, the hotel just reached its 96th birthday. Landscaping was beautiful and staff was very friendly. Hotel is located close to everything in downtown New Port Richey and you can walk to so many cool places. I went out with a friend and didn't eat here so I can not comment on the food. I didn't give it 5 stars only because the noise from the room above was a little annoying. There was a couple in the room above mine and I could hear all of their movements and voices. I understood this was a historic building and with that comes some differences as compared to a modern hotel and newer construction. The situation wasn't troubling enough for me to ask to be moved. Overall, the experience was good and I am glad that I stayed at the Hacienda.Rooms: Clean and roomy, comfyNearby activities: Parks, beaches, shops,Walkability: Close to all kinds of fun restaurants and shops.Noteworthy details: Historic Boutique Hotel; Get to experience a little history.

As a native of New Port Richey my husband and I stayed at The Hacienda for our anniversary in May of 2023. The experience was great. We were even given a private tour after asking where the second floor was. In December of 2023, I called the hotel to see if we could book room 210. I spoke to Oscar for about 10 minutes while we booked online. He assured us we could get the room. When we got to the hotel to check in our key card had room 334 written on it. I explained we had called and reserved 210 weeks prior. The manager, Rafe, offered us a refund. He offered to cancel our reservation as there was nothing else he could do. He stated the people in 210 had booked the room for 2 nights. I don’t know what happened, but the manager didn’t seem to care. We stayed and wished we hadn’t. The room next to us was extremely loud. We called the hotel to complain and the yelling stopped, but the party continued until 2:30 am. The floor we requested to be on only had 3 rooms. The experience was not what we expected at all.

My husband and I stumbled across The Hacienda after a last minute Google search. Everything about this little gem was wonderful! While much more intimate, it had the feel of some of the grand old hotels, like The Greenbrier and The Homestead in our own neck of the woods. The historic flavor was carefully maintained, while the decor was fresh. While our particular room was a little "cozy" , we appreciated the comfortable furnishings (especially the bed and linens), updated styling and cleanliness--I'm a tough critic when it comes to the latter. At the time of our stay, we found the hotel to be very quiet, even though it was apparently at capacity. There was a live concert in the adjoining park that night, and we loved listening to the music from the rockers on the back porch without having to fight the crowds. All of the staff were very professional and attentive--from the front desk staff who were so helpful when we arrived, to the wait staff who served our delicious breakfast and the housekeeping folks who prepared our spotless room and greeted us warmly in the hallways. We can't recommend The Hacienda more highly. Thank you, one and all, for taking such good care of us.Walkability: Located just beside a lovely park and in the old town section of NPR, with its quaint restaurants and shops.

We had the loveliest time in the King Suite for our early Valentine's get-away. The entire 1920's restoration is exquisite, the room appointments are generous, the restaurant is a can't-miss experience... And Oscar, the concierge is incredible, so warm and hospitable. The whole staff is attentive and available. Sims Park is wonderful. I can't say enough about how much we enjoy this little jewel.Walkability: There are lots of entertainments and restaurants in easy walking distance.
