Car Wash
Hours: Tidal Wave Auto Spa offers a top-rated car wash experience in New Port Richey, FL. Customers are greeted by friendly attendants who pre-wash the car before guiding it through the state-of-the-art wash tunnel. The gentle soaps, conditioners, and advanced equipment leave cars clean and protected with a showroom shine. After the wash, customers can use the free powerful vacuums, cleaning cloths, and glass and surface cleaner to put the finishing touches on their vehicles. The business offers a Clean Club membership, allowing customers to wash their cars once a day, every day. Reviewers praise the reasonable prices, attentive staff, and availability of microfiber towels and multi-purpose cleaner. However, some feedback suggests the need for more reliable vacuums and better water softening to reduce water spots. Customers consistently highlight the excellent customer service, with one reviewer describing the manager as "outstanding" for ensuring the truck fit through the wash and providing additional cleaning resources. Another reviewer commended the staff for their patience and professionalism in handling a refund request. Overall, Tidal Wave Auto Spa provides a convenient and satisfying car wash experience for its customers.
