Unfortunately this store (for whom I am a regular customer) does not honor the warranty of the products they sell. I have reached out to Zippo due to the fact that I purchased an extremely expensive Zippo but did not hold on to the receipt (which is totally my fault) I figured considering it was such an expensive Zippo and I'm a regular customer they might be able to help me out. Nope. was told to contact zippo.

It's the only place I will purchase cigars. Very friendly and knowledgeable, they make you feel like family when you walk through the door.

This is the second time I've been there. The people are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about cigars. I got some very good information the first time I went which encouraged me to go back.They have a large humidor room with a very good selection of cigars. Their prices are competitive with other cigar stores. They have a small smoking area at the front of the store. They are a small storefront so they've invested their space in product.Would recommend (and have) to family and friends.

Swank spot and nothing “wink-wink” tobacco shop about it. Genuinely classy. Great chairs. Great staff! Cigar-centric but only just barely. They have everything a respectable tobacco store needs including a large selection of pipe tobacco and accessories. Personally, were simply spending too much on cigarettes. So now, we roll our own and purchased all of the stuff here. It’s really worked out well. Seriously, for about the price of a carton of cigarettes, you can get a decent table-top roller. The tubes and tobacco aren’t much going forward. Try it out!

What a wonder place! Amy, Bill, and Don are amazing. Tons of knowledge between them all. I am treated like family when going there. Always the best quality cigars. If they do not have it they will get it for you! This place is a must stop if your in the area. Stop in and say hello. You never know what awesome cigars and good company you will find. Excellent prices, good people, and a wonderful environment.

Friendly staff, large selection of cigars. I would like a little more selection of pipe tobacco /equipment but I understand if it's profitable not alot of shelf space is dedicated to it. I would recommend checking it out.
