“This business is a dedicated U-Haul rental, the gentleman was extremely knowledgeable & friendly.
I will recommend to all of my friends that live in this area, if they need to rent U-Haul equipment, to come to this location”
“I was having a bad day before walking in to get a uhaul (the closest one to me ) when I met ED and was greeted with exceptional customer service . Not only did Ed make the experience quick and easy but he also treated me like a friend and made my problems feel so small . All I wanted was a uhaul to rent but I got much more . Thanks for making my day Ed as I know you do to many others . Continue being you . You are awesome 🤟👉🤌”
“The guy that was at the counter that rented the truck to me was very helpful and answered all my questions and then when I got back the lady that came out and looked over everything was very nice and very efficient and got me out of there really quick everything was really good I was a little late getting there and I felt so bad but they assured me everything was OK and I really appreciate that”
“Oh my gosh, I will NEVER use anyone but Penske again! Michael is the best! I thought customer service was a thing of the past, but he went out of his way to make a horrible move better! Thanks so much Michael for your kindness.”
“We used them in March 2016 and the entire staff was wonderful to us. We are fixing to us their storage again plus rent a $19.95 day truck to move our stuff 4 miles. Buying a house and need to start moving things out asap. Roberta & Samuel”
“Yesterday was a highly stressful day for myself and my family, but I can honestly say that Brittney Strickland and her entire staff made a bad day tolerable with their support. I cannot thank the crew at U-Haul Moving & Storage Of New Port Richey for keeping humanity at the center of all you do.
Moving is never easy, but it was made infinitely easier with your help and I’m grateful.

“Facility is clean and the staff is nice!
Also, it is elevated enough that there was no water intrusion during Helene.
Overall great spot.”
“Just back from having a hitch put on my SUV. Robert was terrific. He put the hitch on perfectly. Then he went on to put my new bike rack on and explained to me how to use it. He went above and beyond and I totally appreciate it! Customer service at this location is fantastic!”
“Young lady at the register was extremely helpful. Took me from the top to completion of whole process. Very polite and took the time to explain everything. Would highly recommend.”
“I rented a car through Avis/Budget for a week and was not disappointed. This is one of the only rental agencies I've seen that accepts a debit card w/ a credit check of course, making it super easy to get a more than decent car. Very friendly staff who answered all of my questions with a smile, and helped with the best price around town. Be sure to check them out the next time you think about vacationing!”
