I go into the store almost daily and every single time everybody in there is so polite and quick to provide service and answer questions everybody in the store the staff is just amazing and the services are just as wonderful

I went to this ups store to ship a laptop to Kentucky. Cost was $49 which i thought was a little high but paid the price. by the time They got it done I had to use the restroom really bad. I asked where the restroom was and They told Me Their restrooms were not available to the Public. I said I was a Customer, not the Public. They rudely told Me I couldn't use Their restroom ! I'll never trade there again and gave Them one star because there is no place for a negative star !!!!!

I believe the young Asian gentleman at the counters name tag said Dalton Phan? I hope I read it correctly. Young man, you are a shining example of what retail associates should be. You were polite. You were efficient. You were all around Very pleasant to deal with. Your personality and welcoming comments came out genuine and so where you. You have a bright future ahead of you and your parents should be very proud of the man they have raised. I would literally do anything on Earth to make it so every time I had to walk into a store I dealt with somebody as amazing as you are. We need more of you sir.
