The taller man that was working was very awkward and rude about delivering my package. Brought it in earlier in the week and this interaction has been on my mind all week. 50lb package to return to Walmart and I received no help. Just the rude interaction when he saw me struggling with the package. Do better next time my guy, this review is for you.

I’ve come in here many times to do Amazon returns and recently shipped a package and then needed some printing services. The staff is so helpful, timely and KIND! Jon specifically helped me print something and went above and beyond to help. Exceeded my expectations!

I stopped by this UPS store hoping to get some foam peanuts and they don't sell them anymore. I was disappointed. Then came a nice lady with a box full of packaging paper, and she told me someone left it at the store and they don't have the need for it so I can have it. That made my day. Thanks guys.

I was dragging around the Spectrum equipment in my car for a month after I was notified that I had to send back their junk that did not work . First I tried the local Spectrum store which was YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING SLOW AND UNDERSTAFFED. No thanks.
But Spectrum was threatening me with ADDITIONAL CHARGES so I had to get rid of this stuff and fast.
I went to my local UPS store, Friday morning, no appointment, no problem. Dropped off the precious Spectrum Junk and UPS handled so easily and quick.
Highly recommended. A Fritomann review.

I love going to check the mail because of Jenny! She is by far the best employee I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with in all the time I’ve come to this UPS store, Which has been for years.She is always in such a positive mood in immediately ready to help any problem I might face. I have done Amazon returns (domestic and international) with her, mailed packages, and checked mail. The communication is always Crystal clear and I truly feel like I’m not a burden at any point that I needed assistance. I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews unless I truly feel it’s worth it and this is one of those times.
