Lost mail all of the time. Can’t even get my social security card delivered or letters from my husband in the navy. Keeps saying my address doesn’t exist but has no problem delivering all of my junk mail. Lost packages in the past as well. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a post office.

I was here to do the passport process for my daughter and I arrived at 10:25, my appointment was at 10;45 my husband is out of the country so I need his ID in photocopy but the attitude that they had while helping me was horrible, I told them I would get the photocopy so I went to nearest library I got back at 11:40 just for them to tell me they couldn’t help me because they were closing at 12 but they did not tell me that when I left th facility to obtain the copy, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Lazy postal carrier. On Wednesday there is a different carrier than the regular person. I placed a small package with a prepaid label in my mailbox for pick up. This carrier took out the package placed the incoming mail and put the package back in the mail box not taking the package. The regular carrier would have and always takes my packages.

Went to two other post offices that did nothing to help me get a new key for my mailbox. this one was quick and helped me change my address that didnt originally go through and got me a new key within 10 minutes! i have no clue how this rating is so low.

Quite literally had an issue with them just not delivering my mail or contacting me. Thankfully someone there was able to get me helped after I’ve tried numerous times. Now I’m getting “sorry we missed you” messages in my mailbox after watching them put stuff in my mailbox. Zero attempt to ever do anything with my packages. My door is literally wide open. Nothing. I need my packages for work. So that’s cool. Can’t go pick it up because now it’s the weekend. How does the post office still exist. This ticket was just in my mailbox. She’s the rudest mail carrier I have ever met as well. Pretending it’s been going on since before I even moved in here. This place needs to be closed down. Just read all of the reviews.

Are you kidding me? 2.8 rating? Wow. I visit post offices in every state i visit. This location is the friendliest, most accommodating branch of ANY government office. Walk into a post office in Staten Island, NY or Caldwell, NJ. They are 2.8 star locations! Daryl and his team have ALWAYS gone above & beyond. I mistakenly dropped a check with no address or stamp in the outside mailbox. Daryl and his lovely gal could not have been more sympathetic. When they did not locate my envelope, they sent me a text early the next morning & confirmed so I didn't have to waste time stopping in! THAT IS CUSTOMER SETVICE, folks. Lines & slow service are not the choice or fault of the employees! Nor is the lack of clerks available on certain days & times. It is called a government budget. Give these folks their due... they do the job to the best of their ability with smiles & great attitudes. Hey, try a smile & a decent attitude yourself! Maybe then you will up the ☆ ratings.
Thank you, Daryl and team Main St. NPR. In my humble opinion, you are 5+☆☆☆☆☆'s ALL DAY, EVERY DAY!

This post office is the best. The employees are always happy to help even if it doesn't have anything to do about the post office. Everytime I have been I always leave with a smile.

Automated phone service is useless if you have an issue they don't have an option for and can't talk to a person. ZERO STARS
