ATTN: Post MasterEmployee, Olivia Naab, is violating the USPS Code of Conduct by bullying and mistreating people online. She is slandering a business with negative reviews because she disagreed with another person's opinion.

The supervisor I spoke to today really sucks. They lost my letter. The tracking says it send Tampa, but yet it hasn't been delivered and 3 weeks. And there's nothing he could do about it. No, help it all so much for the raise on the stamps. Maybe they need a raise it some more so they can have better service.. if i knew how to complain to hus supervisor i would, but the are all stucking together and they all suck. Humm they need Competition. Hey Elon lol

I certainly understand that no system is fail-proof. But when the United States Postal Service makes a blatant error in the delivery of a package, I would expect that there is a better way to get answers. Has anyone tried going online to the USPS website? Beyond looking at the tracking record, the only option to speak to someone is to wait on hold for an hour and 40 minutes or to send an email that never gets answered. I decided to make a trip to this post office to get some assistance. I was told that all of the tracking in formation that I see on the website is incorrect and it “means nothing”. Worse than that, the manager, Daryl, was very impatient and impatient. Disappointed.

Been at my home for 8 years, A few weeks ago a Package was not delivered, got a message saying my address doesn't exist, but I still got my mail just not the package, then it arrived 3 days later, I GUESS IT DOES EXIST! Then now I got a message for another package saying they couldn't deliver due to animal interference, but still delivered mail to my mailbox, they have been delivering to my house for years, now nothing but excuses, these mail carriers are very disappointing.

I have lived in the area for about 25 years. They have been consistently good and good to me for both my post office box and mail delivered to my houses. Never had an issue.Be patient. Be kind. This is New Port Richey not New York or California.

This is the worst post office, I have ever dealt with! The staff is very incompetent. I have gone there several times to pick up a package that they have left a notice for only to find out that the package cannot be found.

Always good service because the managers demand it of the employees. There's almost never a wait. Also, it must be stressful for employees because the management is always present. God bless those employees because I don't know if I can work at a place where there's such pressure to perform.

I had two letters to send out. I was the only customer there so it didn't take long at all. The associate was very helpful and friendly.

I've had nothing but positive interaction, service timing and overall experience with the staff at the NPR USPO.

Packages frequently disappear. You can get UPS / FedEx packages delivered to PO box by using the street address of the post office and the PO box as a "unit number", but even though tracking information show packages delivered and signed for, they don't always make it to my PO box. Happened four times in the last year.

Workers at this branch are distributing sensitive mail open and otherwise in the wrong places exposing the personal information of endangered citizens to identity theft originating across the United States. 2 days ago the person who delivered my mail left the envelope open exposing my social security number, my name. I went to the office and spoke to the boss and he said that if I wanted him to scold all the staff and that he did not know who delivered my document, a copy of the declared taces. To whom it may concern please inspect the work being done by the workers at this post office MainStage street New Port Richey Florida; so that they do not continue daily causing serious problems for citizens when they expose their social security numbers.
