I would give a zero rating if I could. Unfortunately I had to change Walgreens from the spring Hill barclay store this one. They seem to get everything wrong and no accountability. Sylvia or whatever her name is nasty and extremely rude on the phone. I can see why their ratings are poor.

Madgy Morkos pharmacy manager at Walgreen's 4510 US 19, New Port Richey, FL 34652 after telling him we drove from Jacksonville, FL and the surgeon comfirmed the prescription would be filled and ready upon our 4 hour drive post-reconstructive congenital jaw surgery said and I quote , "I will not fill your prescription and I don't care, that is not my problem." He refused to help me and said I would have to call the doctor but he would not accept a phone call from the doctor and that he may not fill my prescription that I needed to change my attitude after I was upset b/c this was all previously confirmed before we left Jacksonville! He walked away without attempting to help or bothering to fill the non-narcotic ibuprofen to help with the significant pain. His female pharmacy tech started vigorously opening and closing the outdoor tray yelling at me to leave. I called the surgeon who called the pharmacy only to learn Walgreen's took down the incorrect information and should have filled the prescription! The surgeon filed a complaint and said I should, too. Upon going back to get the prescription, the male pharmacy tech apologized twice to me and said I should not have been treated that way and that he didn't know why Madgy refused to fill it. Then, apologized to me again. However, no apology from Madgy Morkos who walked to the back when I walked up, as did the female tech who didn't apologize and stayed in the back, as well. This is deplorable customer service. And both need significant retraining. - Dr. Golumbeck

I stopped using their pharmacy last year when they refused to honor a Good rx coupon. I frequently make purchases in the store. The parking lot is always full but they are really understaffed. I don't remember the last time I saw a manager or team leader on the floor. They make the main cashier also cover the shipping and photo counter on the other side of the store.

I asked for help at the kiosk. For Western Union. Never did it before. I just needed guidance I didn't need them to do it for me. The young girl behind the counter was helping until another lady came along and told her not to help me. . What should have taken 10min. Took an hour. Not happy with your service. Worst location ever!! Very rude people. Couldn't even spare a piece of tape to mail something out at their FedEx counter. I spent $150 here yesterday I guess this is my thanks?? Won't be back just read the other reviews and keep in mind the rating is so bad because of people like this working there!

Review of the Labcorp inside of this Walgreens. I had bought a test from the Labcorp website on Thursday May 11th, 2023 and then called the contact number on the Labcorp website and scheduled a 9am appointment for Tuesday May 16th, 2023 at this Labcorp facility inside of the Walgreens. I received a confirmation email, as well as, a schedule request number and appointment number. I show up at 9am and check in at the kiosk and wait patiently. About 30 minutes later, I ask the lab tech about how long until my name will be called because I had a 9am appointment and have been waiting for over 30 minutes (I showed her my confirmation email). She told me that she didn't have an appointment for me in their system, but will have someone look into it. About 15 minutes later I still have not heard back from any of the lab techs. I walk back up to the Labcorp door and ask if they found anything. She told me someone is looking into it (but how long does it really take to look into something of this matter). I then ask to speak to the person "looking into this". The lab tech brings me into their room and ends up calling their Labcorp headquarter's number and then hands me the phone. I explain the situation, give my schedule request number, and the lady on the phone says she will have my orders for the test "sent right over". In my head, this should take maybe like 5-10 minutes. I wait back in the waiting area and 40 minutes go by, still no word from any of the lab techs. It's 10:40am now. I advised the lab techs earlier that I was going to have to leave for a work meeting at 11am so I tell them again at 10:40am. I come back after my work meeting at 11:45am and ask the lab techs if they have received my test order papers yet, still nothing received. I ask the lab techs if they could call their Labcorp headquarter's back and see what is going on. I wait 10 minutes and no word from the lab techs. I call the customer service number for Labcorp and the guy that answered (David Orzoff) was the same guy who scheduled my appointment last Thursday. David asks me to hand the phone to one of the lab techs. David gets the email and fax number of the lab techs and emails/faxes my test order forms over in 5 minutes (David Orzoff was very helpful). They finally get my order forms around 12:10pm (over 3hrs after my original scheduled appointment time). I wait patiently for them to call my name, but they keep calling other people's names one after another. I wait 30 minutes and my name is still not called. I ask the lab tech when they will call my name and she says "I have other appointments I have to get to"... I've been waiting for almost 4hrs and she tells me she has other appointments first (people who have been waiting for like 5 minutes). Finally, around 1:10pm they call my name and I get my test taken care of (my test was a simple swab and took like 10 minutes to be completed). I finally leave the Labcorp around 1:30pm, over 4 hrs past my 9am appointment time. Even though I was very upset, and I mean very very upset, I remained calm and understanding through this whole frustrating situation. Yet, there was no apology or empathy given towards me through this whole encounter. Not to mention, I was there with my 1.5 year old son this whole time trying to entertain him inside of a Walgreens. I am very very disappointed with the service and wish I could rate it lower than 1 Star.

My wife and I were vacation - visiting Florida from New York. My wife had urgent prescription needs. The entire pharmacy staff went ABOVE & BEYOND to help! Friendly, courteous, and quickly responsive. If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars - I would!

If you have the ability to use ANY other pharmacy in the area, use them instead of Walgreens. I've never had so many problems getting my prescriptions filled before my insurance changed and made it where I'm only able to get my medications here. Half the time I get notifications that my prescriptions are ready and when I get to the store they aren't. They won't tell you if they have your medication in stock. Won't tell you if any surrounding walgreens have it in stock. One time a technician managed to lose my driver's license in the 2 minutes she was handed it. I've had blocks put on my account for no reason that prevented me from picking up my prescriptions for days after they were ready. I've been told that I didn't have any pending prescriptions in their system when they actually did. Every month I actually have anxiety about having to come here because it's always another problem or issue on their end. If you have an option on where to go for your medicines and value your time and sanity, stay far away from here.

Walgreens is my to go to pharmacy.. They'd been around for years.. I like Walgreens because my last daughter was born in the wee hours of the morning and I forgot to buy the formula. My husband went out looking, and the only place he could find open was good old faithful Walgreens... That is why I stay with them they were faithful to me, and so now I am faithful to them.. I love everything about them.. I don't buy groceries there, but everything else is perfect.. what could you not like about them.. I like Walgreens better than CVS...

Reasonable price,Stock up paper goods weekly sales.. They accept coupons... Rewards are a plus. Savings with discount an reward, No store can beat all they offer at discount prices. It's a must weekly trip.
