My staff and I tried all day to authorize a refill for one of my canine patients whose owner was in the hospital. The first person my receptionist spoke to was rude and when she declined to leave a message, they agreed to send a fax. Which they did...but it was for "informational purposes only" and not meant to be an actual prescription I could authorize. My staff tried again several times throughout the day without success. I finally called and the first person to pick up said "please hold" then put me on hold without saying anything else or waiting for my response - they did not introduce themselves at all. I understand that they get busy - so do we - but to not even announce that I had reached the pharmacy department is just plain rude. The next person found my patient's information and prescription, then asked me to leave a message for the pharmacist. I have enough trouble with actually calling a pharmacy myself, speaking to someone to authorize a prescription, only to have the owner show up and the pharmacy staff say they never received the prescription request; it is so much worse when we leave a message, so I said I would wait for the pharmacist. I did finally reach someone and had the prescription authorized, but now it will not be ready until tomorrow and the patient needs it tonight - hence why I made the exception to our "written prescription only" policy. Obviously it would have been ready if our 10 AM call had been properly handled. I am advising my client to find a different pharmacy.FYI - Did you know that veterinary pharmacology is not required in pharmacy school? Please confirm anything the pharmacy staff tell you with your pet's vet - they're the ones who did take that pharmacology class and know how dogs and cats are different from humans.

Parking lot is dangerous, lots of potholes. Best case, you're cart is taking a beating. Worst case, your ankle is.Fix it.

Easy shopping as always. And the curbside pickup is the best.

this is in no way a bad review of the employees or the store, love those two things 5 star worthy. who thought in the retirement capital of the world it was a good idea to go to mostly selfcheck out?? two cashiers if youre lucky, meanwhile 3-4 people watching the selfcheck lines. dumb.

Just like every other walmart, there are no associates and you have to check yourself out! Limited selection exclamation

Standard Walmart Market. Groceries and such. Looked like 1 teller and 13 of 15 working self check outs

The staff here is usually friendly and helpful, however, with the rearranging of everything in the store...even the staff is lost on finding items. I used to love being able to go in, get what I need and be on my way. That's why I "used to" enjoy shopping in the market. Now, I dread going there! It's horrible trying to find items that I need and takes three times as long to find them! I used to go in at least once a week. Now maybe once a month.. if at all! Change isn't always better!!! I prefer to shop where I can find what I need easily! I've found a different store where things are easily accessible and actually priced lower!

Great for lower prices BUT PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE EXPIRATION DATES

This was my choice to shop for some essential items I needed to replenish. The store was clean and stocked with everything I needed that day. The prices are better than anywhere else and have items in the deli and bakery area not offered elsewhere. I found a clearance section that I bought from that was priced for my budget. They have a great selection of pets food, cleaning products and hygiene products too. The only thing I would change to have more working cashiers versus the self checkouts which I'm not a fan of. The staff was friendly and helpful. The carts were clean and offered many electric carts charged and ready to go

I had a delivery of two (2) items. One came by one driver and no more than 15mins. Another driver came with second item. Doesn't make sense to me that the items were split up and put on different trucks. A waste of fuel and employees time. Maybe this is why they can't have more cashiers in the store no matter how long the lines are. I would have to say this store has poor management and needs to be reconstituted to use time wisely work smarter not harder. Employ enough to work in the store itself. Upper management needs to look into this kind of stuff.

They are always well stocked up on things that you need! Have some things that the other Walmart store doesn't have.

Do not use this Walmart. They steal from their customers, lack the skills necessary to properly deal with irate customers due to the stealing, and they often have past expired food out for sale. The lottery machine stopped working mid printing my tickets and it also simultaneously ate a $10 bill of mine. This had happened to me at Winn-Dixie and I gave my name and phone number for the end of the night to return the money to me except Winn-Dixie actually gave me my money back and this particular Walmart is trying to tell me that their draw was not over. The draw had to have been over because I don't have my $10 bill, I don't have $10 and tickets and I put $10 into the machine that was unaccounted for because it froze while using it. Not only were they rude about it, but they also refused to help me when I inquired about the $10 owed to me. I do not have time to come back and argue with upper management about the theft of $10 from a customer at any point in time in my life never mind midday. With that said it is only $10 and it's not about the fact that it is $10 it is about the fact that the people that work here are very clearly dishonest. They can keep the $10 and lose a customer. They obviously need it more than I do. However, I don't suggest shopping here because if the opportunity presents itself they absolutely positively will steal from a customer.
