It is difficult for them to assist you if you do not have an appointment, it is not like in other banks where you arrive and they assist you without any problem

Thank you so much I come to the bank now because the one closer to me they are rude and nasty Stacy who works here is always kind and helpful she does not get frustrated when I have a lot of ones per my bartending job it’s just the money that I have I can’t help it she does not say my dollars are dirty because of the place that I work at because they are not actually physically dirty I was treated very poorly at another branch and this branch is so kind and just goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and appreciated thank you so much

I'd leave zero Stars if I could, this Banks has taken so money from My Husband & I and are continuing to screw us over, Wells Fargo closed our Business account where we Receive thousands of Dollars every month & they decided to close to Account after 4 years with ZERO Notice! 2 days before the 1st & the day we were supposed to receive our deposit from our Business..Thousands of Dollars, they closed the account without any notice so once our money was Dropped the account was Closed so we have no Access to our money, so we can't play rent, can't pay our bills and can't buy groceries which we DEPEND on that money & Wells Fargo can't tell us where our money is or how we will receive it, we have Tried going into the Branch, we have tried calling and everyone has been Rude with us and can't tell us where our Momey is or when we will receive the Check, they have also put us into the NEGATIVE with overdraft fees even though we deposited multiple checks into our account..they tell us that have to place our checks on hold and don't have an Answer as to why...its ridiculous and We would like to close our accounts here but I NEED MY money!

I had a great interaction with the staff today. I neede some money to transfer between bank accounts for my son today. The staff at the desks helped me to get it done quickly because I had to finish by 5PM. One of the bankers went abouve and beyond. Even though her day was supposed to be finished she stayed to help me. I wish I had remembered her name to help her personally; however, I did not get it. Excellent job and great customer service.

Worst bank ever, whenever I deposit a check I am told that half will be deposited instantly, and the other half would be deposited after one business day, but here I am 5 days after depositing my check and it still hasn't went into my account, and I'm just racking up late fees with my landlord because I need to pay rent.. whenever I call customer service they tell me there's nothing they can do for me.. this happens all the time.. I go into the bank to tell them and they didn't even seem to want to help me, they just kind of gave me that "sorry for your luck" vibe..

New mother with infant, someone makes charges on my debit card, i dispute and get new card and get locked out of my account, my online banking and every way to log in. Called spoke to JOHNATHON, extremely rude and spoke over top of me the whole entire time. Even if i was mad he shouldve continued to provide accurate customer service. Instead he decided to display his attitude as well. Considering moving bank's if this is how their employees handle customers

Go to a different branch. The staff was not helpful and very rude to my friend and because of that she's changing bank's.
