I left because this particular Bank has religious zealots in the parking lot on the weekends with megaphones and children and signs painted in blood depicting hell and abortion. I can't even peacefully go to the teller

They care about their commercial accounts way more than regular customers. Been in this drive thru for 45 min. Haven’t even got to the teller yet commercial accts moving out fast.

Only one person working ALL the drive up windows! Only ONE person working inside. WHY?? There are a line of cars in the drive thru (especially the commercial line) and a line of people inside. This bank loves to go slow and make people wait atrocious wait times...GET MORE WORKERS

Gotta admit I spoke to a very honest representative of the bank. I have wanted to change banks for years, but it is such a hassle. I got their new "Active" credit card, with 2 miles for every dollar spent, sweet card! I also wanted to lower interest rate on my car loan & personally, I like to keep things together at 1 bank, if I can. It seems to earn me more loyalty & perks. The representative explained to be that Wells Fargo, does not do any unsecured loans. Was sorry to hear that, but BRAVO for honesty, telling me up front & not wasting my time!! Overall I dislike banks & coexist with them out of necessity. I hate my bank & love the professiolism I received at Wells Fargo. What's a girl to do? If it wasn't for the car, I would be banking with Wells Fargo & don't forget about their sweet new "Active Cash" credit card!

I'd like to say since this pandemic and all the stress I've had this week the representatives here have went well beyond normal customer service. They have helped me with getting a new card and retrieving a digital wallet from numerous calls to digital wallet providers. I had sat down with a rep and called Wells Fargo to verify info and today was all cleared and verified within a day. Thank everyone at this branch who's helped me after losing my wallet. I've been to almost everyone here in the past week and have not been disappointed

Wow I was nearly attacked by the employees and manager at this Wells Fargo. If they had their way they would have maneuvered me into a jail cell, nothing would have made them happier. And see this goes back to my theory that we should have a society in which we should not be forced to interact. Human beings are lowly primitive creatures and we should not have our entire lives changed because of a random interaction with one of them. So I went in there without a mask and they told me to put a mask on and I did but I told them I don't like it and why. If my opinion threatened them that much they should have told me to leave then and there. But no they set a trap for me. They lured me over to a desk in the back and had me work with another employee. My request was simple. But instead of understanding my simple request the lady proceeded to pour over my bank account. For a simple task she began printing out my bank statements and making a big deal. She then folded my bank statement and slid it into her desk drawer. I said 'what are you going to do with that you know what just give it to me this is getting weird I'm leaving.' I clearly stated what I was doing and that I was leaving. I turn around and there is literally a GROUP of people standing in the doorway blocking my exit. I'm like woah what is going on and a lady mumbled something about 'remember what you said about the masks.' No joke a literal group of people including an over 6 foot male placed themselves within inches of me and began walking around me, surrounding me as I walked towards the exit. You people are evil and you have lost your evil minds. I don't care what little excuse you tell yourselves ever no amount of words and no amount of deeds that I commit short of physically attacking someone is worth the initiation of your aggression and your attempt to exercise your primitive animal bloodlusting upon me. This is why I will repeat. We need an open source system where we work directly with our products and services. I can do their job on my behalf easily. And you can pay me for it too.
