Horrible Service. I made a cash deposit in the drive through, but was in a rush that day and left without checking my deposit receipt. Our books reflect the amount of cash that was to be deposited. My office manager counted the cash prior to giving it to me, i counted it prior to depositing it to confirm the amount. I noticed a short of 200$ 3 days later and called the store to see if they had an overage and they called me back saying there wasn't, that i need to check on my end because everything is solid on their end. I asked them if there was a way to escalate this because i was 100% sure of the amount that should have been deposited to my account, to which she replied no that i could call corporate but follow the same procedure that she did, and it would make no difference. She added, if that was the incorrect amount i should have noticed it on my deposit slip. So i called corporate to which they filed a report and credited my account until they complete their investigation. Corporate apologized because the branch should have filed the same report and it should be their protocol. It was mostly frustrating because if there was an overage and their employee didn't report it or waited to report it because they intended to keep it, they wouldn't have know because she was quick to say the employee that serviced me had been working there for a long time and that had never happened. Overall, my main concern is, if this happens to anyone else, their protocol isnt to help solve the issue, its to defend their employees and have you figure out the rest on your own.

Every time I go to make a cash deposit at this ATM it’s never allowed.. I go at all different hours in the middle of the day you can’t deposit cash and more specifically after 9/10pm you can hardly ever deposit cash there. This one is right by my house so it’s convenient, but most of the time it’s an inconvenience because I have to drive miles out of my way to find another ATM that will accept cash deposits…and of course I am trying to deposit cash to pay bills on time… it is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! And I am not the type to leave reviews but this is a constant thing at this location and it’s out of hand.. and I refuse to go inside I sat in line with two people in front of me for over thirty minutes.. go to a different location this one is horrible in so many ways..

Please shut down. This is the third time I’ve gone in and have been dealt terrible customer service for rude individuals with absolutely zero knowledge or social skills.

I'd leave zero Stars if I could, this Banks has taken so money from My Husband & I and are continuing to screw us over, Wells Fargo closed our Business account where we Receive thousands of Dollars every month & they decided to close to Account after 4 years with ZERO Notice! 2 days before the 1st & the day we were supposed to receive our deposit from our Business..Thousands of Dollars, they closed the account without any notice so once our money was Dropped the account was Closed so we have no Access to our money, so we can't play rent, can't pay our bills and can't buy groceries which we DEPEND on that money & Wells Fargo can't tell us where our money is or how we will receive it, we have Tried going into the Branch, we have tried calling and everyone has been Rude with us and can't tell us where our Momey is or when we will receive the Check, they have also put us into the NEGATIVE with overdraft fees even though we deposited multiple checks into our account..they tell us that have to place our checks on hold and don't have an Answer as to why...its ridiculous and We would like to close our accounts here but I NEED MY money!

Drive thru tellers are SLOOOOOOOOWWWW…almost every time. The other branches in the area don’t seem to have this problem. Just this branch.

Fast. Easy. ATMs need more $50 bills at the first of the month.Nobody wants to pay their rent with twenties!!!

Great bank. I've been with Wells Fargo for a very long time and this is a great branch. You're always greeted with the happy smile by name. Everyone is so nice and professional. I love Wells Fargo and they wouldn't want to thank any other bank.

i have been a customer at branch located ridge and little roads for about 18 years. when i first open the account there was 2 emoployees and a manager from the credit union that used to be on ridge same plaza as the public market store. so, i had 3 friends. but one by one left for other branches, and later on they left wells fargo. i met new branch managers and employees and they all have been good to me. but when this branch closed temporarely, i had to go the nearest one on little rd and 52 rd, at times i would god on the one on us 19.here it was not the same. but they reopen the the branch on ridge/ little and i am satisfied with the group. thank you for your services magnificent team work, frankp..
