This is a VERY small location with way too many employees, and the employees didn't do much to help us until we were checking out. They literally had nothing to do, so it would have been nice to be asked if we needed any assistance. At checkout, the employee was very nice and let us put something on a wishlist. That was a nice thing that we did not know about.

Newbie at this location. The Tampa location has always been my go to. Wow what a difference. That store is clean and well organized. I found the employees to be kind and helpful. Whereas the Tampa location has a manager (bald (ing) thin man with attitude). I swear he thinks these are his items to price vs donated to the organization. For the last 3 months plus I have been going to the Tampa location in hopes that a chandelier I wanted would be reduced from $75. Call me crazy but I have an hard time purchasing a used item that was donated for $75. While at this location (Port Richey) I came across an almost identical chandelier with a price tag of $15 (silent scream of excitement in my head). To sum it up if you want to overpay for dirt and a free attitude go to the Tampa location. If you want clean, inexpensive and pleasant attitudes i recommend you go to Port Richey location.

As they closed the Palm Harbor location I decided to visit this location. It's unfortunate and I'm extremely disappointed and saddened. I work heavily with fixed income seniors ,disabled veterans, low income families and charities. It was amazing to get things for pennies on the dollar Or be able to bargain. But now what am I supposed to do Everything in there is damaged and they're asking 70-90% of what retail is. I spent thousands of dollars a year at the Palm Harbor location. Not the mention all the Doors vanities plumbing and light fixtures I've donated Just to turn around and buy them back for people and families in need. But now I'm afraid I'm not going to be able to do as much as I have over the last few years. But Hey the good news is they sell honey. And you can buy over priced kitchen cabinets and vanities from their manufacturer That has a booth set up there.. Bunch of sell outs.

Very upsetting. I don't know know if it's just this location, but habitat for humanity used to be a great place for affordable home repairs. Everything in the store is marked at or above market price. I was so disappointed ? even the kitchen appliances where marked well over what they where worth. I was looking g for a door, but found they where nearly $90. Way more then I thought they would be considering I can buy a door off of Facebook market place for $25

Very disappointed. Haven't been there in a while. There is a lot less thereTheir prices have gotten very high. Now like Goodwill or Salvation Army. I stopped shopping and donating to those places. They no longer are affordable to those who really needed it. Some items I have seen are the same as they would be new in other stores. I would rather donate to Metropolitan Ministers. They help people get on their feet and help them dress for job applications. You will not find me in Habitat stores any more. You have ruined a good thing.

The place was kept up nice enough and the employees were cool. But the prices were so high I just couldn't find any deals. Many times the items were priced more than they would buying them new at the hardware store. Really disappointing because its the closest location to me and was really excited to go, but that excitement went right away after 10 minutes here. I really tried to look and find something priced fairly but I couldn't. I'm in home depot all the time and know most market values and they need to do the same.

I went here for a water heater, they had 3 still in boxes, priced at $375.00. I asked if the price was negotiable and was told no. Now keep in mind everything they get, is donated. They get it for free. The woman told me the water heaters were already price 30% less than the stores. Total BS. I can go buy the same one at Lowes for $315.00 and have a 6 year warranty. The restore is supposed to be a discount place makingmaterials affordable for low income customers. What a crock of sh##

They've reorganized and have two buildings/ covered areas outside now. Inside is mostly furniture. Always a great find in there for somebody. Don't miss the local honey up at the cash register

WOW! Just shopped there yesterday after giving up on it months ago. It's so clean and well organized now. The staff is also much friendlier. Most items are priced now so there's no guessing. I will continue to be a regular again because I received excellent customer service this time around. :) Thank you for all the great changes!!!
