I was a loyal customer. But now I have to find a lawyer to release a store surveillance camera footage showing Winn-Dixie store manager Chris Rule purposly damaging the rear hatch of my jeep. Back in Oct ,2022. I was attempting to park my vehicle, but all the handicapped spaces were taken. I prec

Okay, for the area that this store is in it's a good place to shop, it has a very 1990s vibe and feels nostalgic walking around in. Is it outdated? Yes. Is that okay? Also yes. They're selection is good, it seems impossible to find spinach there though. The produce department needs some help. I purchased two coconuts today and both were moldy inside. I know that not many people are buying coconuts but damn they must have been at least a month old. The meat department here is plentiful and the employees are very nice and personable. I had my doubts about this Winn Dixie when I first moved here but it's not bad.

I've been going to this Winn-Dixie for 20 years. I won't go ever again. Fully 1/3 of the people in the store had no masks. Many employees either had none or were wearing it with nose out, no point to that. I used to trust this store, now I don't. They are not safe. I would strongly suggest you not patronize Winn-dixie.

The worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I purchased kit Kay candy bars because they were advertised, on sale in the weekly flier. I opened one of the packages when I got home and it was nasty and white. I looked at the date and it read, best before July 2019, one year previous! The other packages were the same. I went back to the store and went to customerservice. Brian informs me that during the covid 19 they won't be doing returns. I told him that they were selling rotten products and I will not except his explanation of too bad. After I raised my voice, he said that I could go get more. 95% of the rest in stock was also expired. In my experience, this candy has a shelf life of about a year. This means the candy has been around for two years! Not the first time that I had terrible customer service there, but it certainly was the last time. The store seems to be hurting for customers, but I blame the management and the customer service counter. The store is also on the dirty side. The floor needs a good strip and wax!

This store is good to very good overall BUT their meat dept is where they really shine!! For the immediate area they have the widest & best selection of meats & poultry at great prices. This Winn Dixie is also open at night for 1-2hrs longer than other local grocery stores. Staff are friendly, helpful and energetic-even near closing time. Only downside is a darkish nitetime parking lot where obnoxious patrons tend to stop (unchecked) out front blocking thruways & visibility

I found that the prices are actually high. Their bogo prices are much more expensive than Walmart. Not that I like Walmart any better.
