10101 Lymestone Court, New Smyrna Beach FL 32168
“All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Maria was great in helping me to fill out my paperwork to complete my application for my apartment. She also answers any questions i may have with a smile on her face. I asked Ivan if he could get someone to clean the gym as I use it every morning. The next morning it was spic n span clean. Tito has been a great help in guiding me through the all of the available apartments when I first arrived. He made sure anything needing attention was done before I moved in. He is always willing to answer any questions I ask him while he drives by during his very busy day keeping at Lymestone Ranch. He works hard to keep everything in good working order. My little puppy Freddie just loves all of them and me too.”

“I absolutely love this apartment complex! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The property itself is absolutely beautiful and so well-maintained. It’s such a pleasure being able to live in a complex where the staff and property make such a positive impression. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking.”

“The Groves is one of the most affordable apartments in this economy. I had to move out of my recently bought house temporarily but needed 3 bedrooms. It was so hard to find in my budget. I came across the Groves which offers 15 month leases AND they had a move in special, so it costed me $500ish to move in. That alone was huge...but it also came with washer and dryer and valet trash service. It was more than what I needed. Adele in the office is the best with fast communication, she made the process really smooth. For the most part it's quiet (of course there are some neighbors who have domestic situation, but the police have kept it at bay) and relaxing. I love the gym and the 2 pools.”
