It’s is 4:27pm on a Friday. Or sign says that they should be open. All lights are on, but the door is locked and no one inside. I understand that they may be understaffed and possibly needed to take a food break or a bathroom break but they could leave a quick note on the door With a return time so that I don’t stand there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come open the door. When I called customer service to advise me if I should wait or if they’re not gonna be there that day, she told me to just come back in a half an hour and see if anyone’s there. I travel 2020 minutes to get here to begin with, so I don’t think I’ll be coming back here

Hello,I am in market to get new Samsung phone and IPhone so I went to office in New Smyrna to ask question but lady really appear to not want to help me like I was bother I have been faithful and loyal customer with ATT but this is way you treat people like I don't suppose be there,I am disabled veteran and this is shame the way someone represent ATT store

Very unprofessional, dressed inappropriately. I would not recommend anyone going to the store. Because they really don't do their job and they're not professional.

Employees here have absolutely no training or experience. No manners. Management should be ashamed honestly. Avoid here if you want accurate information and product management.

AVOID THIS STORE! Horrible, rude staff that basically scold you when you don't know the technology. When I raised how rude the staffer in a punk hoodie was, the manager simply said "that's just the way he is." Worst customer service anywhere!

Isabella at this location is amazing- seriously the best customer service let alone at a phone store. She is patient, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She is a true asset thank you Isabella! I was aggravated after trying to do something online and she helped me in minutes.

AT&T Store in New Smyrna - Nastiest customer service experience EVER. We walk in and this young guy in a hoodie is sprawled out on sofa and appears to wake up. After a few questions about getting an upgraded phone, his cocky, rude, and condescending answers conclude by telling me I am 'confused.' I did my homework on the AT&T site before going there and know what is what. That's when I asked for the manager, and he told he "That won't make any difference, dog." I really had enough with him talking to me like one of his 19-year-old buddies, so when I did get the manager I asked how the young man's unprofessional attitude was acceptable, she told me "No one else has have complained about him." That's when I said we are done with AT&T and would be contacting corporate. The young guy told us we should leave and that we were trespassing!" Unbelievable. NEVER going back to this store again! (in the Publix strip mall on Hwy 44)

Brittany and staff were amazing! They helped me set up my directtv and set me up with a new phone & AirPods! Hands down the best service iv had in a long time. I highly recommend everyone go see them!

Britney was AMAZING!!! I was in a crisis and she did everything she could to make sure I had a phone that day. The next day I had surgery and I needed to make sure I had contact with my children. I cannot say enough about how great she was! She deserves a raise, a bonus, recognition all of it! She is a keeper. In the times that we live in right now, where good help is so hard to find you have an ace in the hole with this girl. Make sure you keep her.

I stopped to cancel an existing line and ask about a new phone. Danielle was very helpful. First she walked me through canceling my unused line. She then took time to clearly explain each option to me and the associated cost. When I made my choice, she quickly completed all paperwork and again insured than I understood all charges. She then transferred information from my old phone to my new. Parker came over and made sure I understood the operation and features of my new iPhone. Excellent service from both.

I visited this AT&T store tonight and was treated very well. They were able to help me with my mom's flip phone. You would think a flip phone would be easy, but it's much less intuitive than an iphone. But the staff at this store cleared up several issues she was having with the phone and did it very efficiently. I appreciate their patience and help. They also answered several other questions about my family's iphones. I was very happy I stopped in to visit the great employees at this store.
