“I can’t express enough how incredible our experience was with Kyle (“Big Country”), Dakota, and Nello at Cars R Us / D & D Detail Experts! From the very start, Dakota made us feel welcome the moment we were picked up—something we never expected but truly appreciated. It was a small touch that set the tone for the outstanding service we received. Kyle made what felt impossible, possible! He went above and beyond to ensure everything worked out for us, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Nello was also exceptional, making us feel confident while discussing pricing and even lowering our fees to make things more affordable. Their team genuinely cares, making sure we had everything we needed to be safe and secure on the road. To top it all off, they made sure our car was spotless before we drove off, filling the gas tank and ensuring it was ready to go. The attention to detail and the level of care they showed us was beyond expectations. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you like family, goes the extra mile, and truly delivers, look no further. Huge thanks to Big Country, Dakota, and Nello for making this such an amazing experience—we couldn’t have asked for better service!”

“Jim did an outstanding job on my 2017 Road Glide, he went above and beyond knocking out a couple of small dents as well. I’m going to bring my wife’s bike to him! Thanks again Jim!?”

“I just started using EMS Mobile Detailing, and I have to say how impressed I am. They are incredibly flexible with scheduling, which makes them a wonderful option if you have a busy lifestyle. The membership option also makes it very reasonable to keep your car looking great on a regular basis. I was especially pleased with Jason, who detailed my car today. He is a true gentleman with exceptional attention to detail. My car looks absolutely amazing, and I honestly don’t think I could have done a better job myself. It’s clear that he truly cares about the quality of his work. I will definitely continue using EMS Mobile Detailing, and I hope this gives others a great reason to try them as well. Thank you, EMS Mobile Detailing, and thank you Jason for such outstanding service. Your care and pride in your work truly shine. ✨?”

“Although raining when I picked up my car Max used a blower to remove water, shined like a new dime, no swirl marks or water marks. Very satisified. It looks amazing!”

“My only concern is that the signs in the wash tunnel do not light up indicating that you’re receiving the paid extra like undercarriage wash or the tire dressing.”

“I was there the other night and it said if you download the the app you get a free wash well for some reason I got charged two times for the ham bone at the same exact time so it's $18 charge times two and no free vacuum so I don't know I wasn't up to wobbling around the parking lot or going back through it was about 11:00 at night and I have a broken foot crushed ankle and heal so I didn't really walk around or anything like that but just wondering you know what I could do about it but anyway I'm headed back over there I need a car wash haha and you guys have always been good to me so I'm headed over there now if somebody can get back with me or contact me that'd be great I know I know I see I've got something free coming but I was curious about being charged two times just let me know when you get a chance thanks so much you guys great job great work!!! You know what I think so cool is when you're there by yourself like if you're doing it by yourself after hours they still have windshield wiper fluid and interior wash spray bottles for you for you to use complimentary now that's badass thanks again you guys!!!”
