Basically average or slightly below. Process for small business assistance to apply for Pandemic assistance was hugely complicated . This branch and apparently all branches failed to provide any human assistance in navigating the online forms for SBA loans even to long time small business customers. Squeezing out small business customers during a national emergency!! Unforgivable ! We lost our little company all because B of A was our only banking relationship for over 20 years. They only provided in person assistance to large customers. We did not have an IT department and the BofA applications were only available via a complicated secure website that required significant computer expertise to navigate. We spent over a month trying without success and only later did we find out that BofA processed billions of $ for their large customers who had to give most of this $ back .. I would say that BofA is probably the worst bank in USA for small business. our branch people had zero training.

Understaffed and way to stuffy/corporate. I went across the street to TD Bank and the atmosphere was much friendlier, more laid back and very well staffed.
