“Excellent customer service
Needed a battery replacement recently and they removed the old battery and replaced it for me.
Yesterday, my car wouldn't start. After contacting the store, the regional and district manager offered to come to my home to diagnose the problem.
It eventually turned out to be a blown fuse for the starter cylinenoid.
Already had a replacement fuse, they installed it and my car is on the road again with no issues.
They wanted nothing but a handshake and a thank you in return.
Best customer service that I have ever received.
We will never shop anywhere but O'Reilly's for our automotive needs in the future”
“Super helpful staff! Have been struggling finding a replacement rear windshield wiper blade for my picky Kia. There wasn't one in stock but they were able to order it and get it before the end of the day. They even helped me put it on.”
“Walked in, got straight answers, and walked out with the right battery—not some guess off the shelf.
Now my bike fires up like it’s got something to prove… strong, loud, and every time without hesitation. Honestly better than the factory setup ever was.
No fluff, no nonsense—just people who know what they’re doing. Store’s clean, stocked, and run tight… the way it should be.
Solid crew. Solid service.
I’ll be back—just hopefully not because I pushed this one too hard ?? Paul”

“Hi, if you want excellent customer care, go see Paul at the NSB store! He went above and beyond in helping me! He put my wipers on. I left the store and found a better price somewhere else.I came back to get a refund, but Paul matched it! Amazing! I recommend this store highly! :)”
