“Had a couple issues with an ebike that my wife had bought fairly recently (not from Beach Bicycle) and was recommended to see Dan at Beach Bicycle. Stopped in to see Dan and asked if he could have a look at it. He brought his tools right out to the parking lot and did a quick 15 minute fix for the biggest issues. He refused to take any sort of payment....even when I said you can't operate a business doing goodwill! Decided to bring the bike in today for a full tuneup and adjustment. Dan did great work and explained some useful tips to my wife and was extremely fair on his price for the work!I have no hesitation in recommending this business for anything you need! “This shop is cool as heck. I called and spoke to Tyler about an adapter for a bike stroller. He was very helpful and when I arrived I met up with Dylan. He helped me out promptly and was very informative. I told him it was for a woman who needed it to haul her stuff around with her bike. She lives near Lady of Hope Church and he said they are affiliated with them and gave me the part for free. I thought he was joking but he wasn't and said because I'm helping her he is helping me. It's rare to see these type of actions take place nowadays so I felt compelled to write this review to give them praise. That was an awesome move and I will definitely come here if I get a bike! Life is not all about money..”
