You know how when you have a great auto mechanic you tend to share that information with people? The same thing is true here with Boaters Exchange as a dealership, a maintenance facility and just an all-around good company. I bought my boat from them two and a half years ago and every interaction I've had with them since has been nothing but positive. As a matter of fact I've never had a bad experience with them. And just like having a great auto mechanic, I've turned a lot of people on to them because as a fully certified Yamaha shop and take care of most of everybody's needs. Anyway I might be biased because yeah I bought my boat from them but I can tell you this they'll keep on getting my business.

I use them for service on my Key West 1720 boat. Abe, Amanda and the team here do a great job. Very friendly and flexible, service is usually quick. I had some upgrades added to the boat while parts were still constrained due to Covid, but they were able to locate and obtain what I needed fairly quickly.

Bought my boat at Rockledge location and I am still happy with it after 5 years! NauticStar far exceeded my expectations and Boaters Exchange has been a great company to work with even after the sale. I drop off my boat annually and have it serviced after scalloping in the summer! Abe (the service manager) always tells me exactly what is needed and doesn't try and sell me any add on's! This time he even sent me home with a detailed boat which I really APPRECIATED!!! I don't have to worry about a $300 Sea Tow membership because I have a boat that is maintained by Boaters Exchange. When it is time to upgrade, I will definitely check here first!

A BIG thanks to Ron and his team at the NSB location. Had a pleasant experience recently when I brought our boat in for service. Ron was very accommodating, friendly and came through with the promise to have us back on the water by the weekend.I was also pleasantly surprised on the cleanliness of our boat especially the inside which was detailed. Awesome job and thanks again for the pleasant experience!

Although I don't usually write reviews, I was so impressed with New Symrna Boaters Exchange that I wanted to compliment them on my experience there. Even though I was not able to purchase the boat I had wanted due to a problem on my end, I want to thank Kevin for trying so hard to make it work for me.I was pleased with his efforts along with his no pressure sales approach. I would highly recommend doing business there to anyone. I will do business there in the future.

I recently brought my Pathfinder 2200 in to Boaters Exchange at New Smyrna for some minor warranty items and Yahama 100 hrs service. The service was exceptional in terms of quality of mechanics, thoroughness of solutions, and above all the sincere interest from Ron Prekup in explaining what was done. He treated my boat like his own and left me with that good feeling of good ole customer service.I had purchased the boat a year ago at Rockledge, 120 mi from my home and was completely satisfied with that experience as well. It was Shawn at that location who recommended I bring my boat for service at this other location, 70 mi from my home. All the maintenance records were the same, and some warranty parts were transferred without hiccup.Bottom line, extremely satisfied with Pathfinder and Boaters Exchange, well worth the travel to work with the right people!

Since purchasing my new Pathfinder from the New Smyrna location about a year ago everything has been 5 star. The management and sales force is knowledgeable, courteous, professional and fun.
