If I could rate it a zero I would.
I've come in two or three times now over a period of time of a little over a year. They are rude. Every time.
They also don't participate in the circle k programs like inner circle and get annoyed and rude when you ask. I forgot why I don't come in here and someone asked me to after not being in town some time, so i did... This place went downhill after it was bought by whoever these owners for a while have been.
I also pointed out a deal on $1 candy bar and pointed to the fountain machine where it is displayed. They walked over and kept missing it and looking at the other signs and got annoyed visibly and acted as such when finishing my transaction.
I feel like I shouldn't be in the store and I will act accordingly from now on and advise others how uncomfortable they make you feel. For the record, I don't look like a junkie or homeless, so poor judging shouldn't be the issue.
If you don't want to keep answering questions because of the franchise name you chose to represent, then put a sign on the door and the drink machine and at the register saying you don't participate in those programs.

It was a pretty decent visit this time. I miss when my brother worked for Circle K. He was the only one who would keep that place cleaned and everything stocked properly. He was a beast and always dedicated his time to the store when he was asked to work later he did, when he was asked to work extra days he did. No questions asked no hesitation at all he helped when he was needed. There are a couple employees I met that definitely help when asked, but not everyone. I love the circle k game and being able to win free stuff all the time.

They have a tobacco club that is worth entering your phone number to be a part of. For example, after purchasing 9 cans of Skoal your 10th is either free OR ½ off or something...you're going to poison yourself anyway...why not save a few bucks to put toward better health care for when it finally catches up with you...just my point of view...but I poison myself so...maybe you shouldn't listen and just pay full price!

The clerk, conveniently, forgot to give me my lottery tickets, approximately seven dollars worth, and when they called the number is disconnected how convenient.

If you like going to a convenience store just to find out it's not convenient at all for the lack of even selling their own branding of the infamous styrofoam cups, Polar Pop found littered across Florida roadsides and waterways has very little chance of being topped off here. No ice, no gas, pretty much no convenience. Employees charging differently for items in the store

Horrible gas station ever since they sold to an independent the owner has let the place go completely downhill. They never have change their soda machines rarely ever work they don’t take your coupons! The regular employees are amazing but the owner just could care less if they have what they need to run that business. It’s sad because everybody gets onto the crew that’s working there but yet in the long run it’s the owner!

I cant believe these people that work at the kangaroo express stores. I went into the store near my house to get a drink and use the restroom with my friend. My friend was on the phone while I tinkled. I then got my polar pop, when I got up to the counter to pay for my drink the cashier Michelle told me not to have two people in the restroom at the same time. I said "ok" I had no problem I can understand why, then she was aggressive and rude to me for no reason. I accidently used the wrong machine to swipe my snap card and used the credit card machine instead. Then she snapped and slammed the credit card machine and said "use this one" pointing at the EBT machine, so I quickly swiped my card and asked what was wrong. She said " Ive been counting how long you have been in there and its been 20 mins" I said " I was only in there for two mins to pee " she disagreed, agruing back. I told her this was ridiculous and then she told me to never come back again. When all i did was use the bathroom and got a fountain drink... I feel like she was accusing me of doing something wrong in the restroom and took her frustration out on me. I walked back to my mothers house and told her what happened and my mother was in shock because i wasnt even gone for more then ten mins. This world has gone crazy... How do I handle this situation? Like who do I call?
