Coastal Waters Life is an affordable and convenient location for a family vacation, offering a relaxed and unhurried stay. The great location is a stone’s throw from the beach, with easy access from the property. The nice, small pool area is family-friendly, safe, and close to the rooms. The condo units are clean, with rooms that are spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with all necessary amenities, including a full kitchen or kitchenette. While it is an older building, some rooms have been updated. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The grounds are kept clean, and management is super helpful and nice, promptly addressing any concerns to ensure guest satisfaction. The site is close to a grocery store, shopping, and all kinds of different places to eat, with walking distance to a few restaurants, tiki bars, and a taco and ice cream stand. There is no check-in desk, food, drink, or vending machine on-site. Guests describe it as a wonderful location and would definitely stay again.
5 stars!! I had an amazing stay! The place was perfect, very clean, the pool was very refreshing after a long day at the beach, and a great location! Would highly recommend.

Great spot right by the beach and perfect for a couple. Loved the setup and bed. The pool was also refreshing. Staff great too and very responsive. Also offered an early check-in and late checkout.

Dropped into CW to visit friends staying there and the complex is definitely looking its age. Some rooms were nicely fitted and decorated but others were tired and in need of refurbishment. I'm told the pool was warm and I could see the site was kept clean so thats good.
