Wow!!!! What a great experience from start to finish at this location. I walked in and was greeted right away by to associates, Fernando & Tracy they both were so welcoming and hospitable. I did not feel rushed they walked me through the process and showed me around the facility and unit sizes. Very knowledgeable employees here all my questions were answered and with so many options. They can accommodate your needs big or small, with competitive pricing as I noticed from other storage places I have been. I like that I can access everything through a mobil app from paying a storage payment to access through the gate, as we were cruising around looking at different units, I also noticed the cleanliness of the vacant units as well as hallways and property. I feel at ease leaving my prize possessions here not only because of the security of the units, but because these people really care about there customers and it really showed. Thank you! Fernando and Tracy I appreciate the top notch customer service and ill be recommending any friends and family to this establishment definitely a 5 star 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Happy customer here.

Fernando was very helpfull with my initial rental reservation, Tracy is one awesome asset to this facility. Tracy from the moment I arrived at Cube Smart was very professional ,Courteous & helpfull. She communicated with me & helped me finish my rental agreement, & showed me where my units were & helped me set up my gate codes. 11/10 customer service from Tracy. She is super helpful and a delight to speak with. Even though most of the time I reach out with problems, every time I call she resolves them and leaves me with a smile on my face. Couldn’t and wouldn’t ask for anyone else truly the best customer service I have had the pleasure of working with!!
