I needed a rental unit, secured it over the phone, and was contacted by Fernando the day before the move in. Fernando walked me through everything and made sure I knew how to access the unit, showed me the unit, locked it up for me, and made sure I understood how to pay. Great customer service and a clean, safe place to store your stuff. 5 stars.

The gate broke on Dec. 23 so we had no access to our units until Dec. 26. When I went in and spoke with them about the situation the worker apologized, but said his manager hadn’t even put in a ticket to have the gate repaired. Myself and two others had things in our units we needed for Christmas. We never received any follow up about the gate or resolution.

Fernando at the New Smyrna Beach location was very helpful and professional. He went out of his way to make my storage transfer as easy as possible. Facility was clean and well kept. Would highly recommend this place.
