Terrible CVS. Bought some posters to print and never get a message that they're finished. So i went to call and turns out the machine was broken! Thanks for the communication! (Why would i be allowed to order something that can't be fulfilled...) But the women on the phone was the awful part. She told me to hold mid sentence, and when she came back to me she was talking to customers? Christ, CVS is not that busy at 11am to where you can't focus on the current conversation. Help one customer at a time. I asked when it would be fixed and she told me "we have a request in so call tomorrow" I mean... Are you serious? If you have a request to fix it my poster isn't going to be ready by tomorrow. Poor women just sounded so confused. SMH

Michelle in the pharmacy is so completely rude, and she yelled at my elderly husband the other day in front of other customers. No one said anything because she is so aggressive. My husband just wanted to ask her a question but she rambled on and on about what she assumed he wanted, so he never got a word in. She seems to thrive on embarrassing people and does not need to work with people who are sick and she doesn't need to be yelling at elders. She is abusive and I will be calling corporate about this matter. She is a nightmare. Pure evil. This is at the pharmacy on 3rd Avenue NSB Florida 32169.

Worst pharmacy ever! Had a prescription called in on Monday afternoon. went to pick it up at 9:30 Tuesday and was told it wasn't scheduled till after 1pm! Good thing I wasn't really sick needing meds! Very rude and grumpy!

Complete incompetence! They gave my son the wrong vaccine! Even though I verified which one he was supposed to get! I'm furious! Do not use this pharmacy. They are completely incompetent!

It's so ridiculous that at CVS the Pharmacy which is the busiest part of the business is closed for lunch. Terrible customer service. Why does everyone have to go to lunch at the same time? Today there were 4 employees working, I arrived at 1:00PM. There were 2 people a head of me. I met with one of the pharmacy employees at 1:07 and wanted the MenACWY vaccine. They stated it takes about 15 minutes for the paperwork so I would have to come back after 2:00 when they're open again. How customer unfriendly. Later that same day. I went back after being turned away so everyone could go to lunch at the same time only to be told after waiting for another hour while the pharmacist checked on a few things that I was too old to receive the vaccine from CVS. They will only administer the vaccine to customer 55 years of age and younger. I can only assume this is their way of thinning out the heard. Over 55, oh you're on your own. Good luck. BYE. Due to this most ridiculous age discrimination i now have to drive to Orlando to get the vaccine that CVS has in stock right at the end of my street. In light of this I will be checking with my insurance company to see where else I can get my prescriptions filled. Thanks CVS for absolutely horrible customer service.

Absolutely terrible staff working at the pharmacy! Jasmine, a pharmacy tech, called me rude to the other staff members behind the counter. This is all over me trying to use a Good RX coupon.

There is one lady in the pharmacy who is a pain every time we go in. This time I was not given the proper supply of my medication and had to speak to one of the pharmacists inside. One was sweet but the blonde one was impossible, chalking it up to a system error from another pharmacy. She kept blaming our problem on the "system" when the only system I believe to have errors is the one in her head. She refused to listen to what we believed to be the source of the issue and had to consult the head pharmacist. Our issue was resolved but we have never had a smooth transaction at this location and will be driving 20 extra minutes to the next CVS pharmacy just to avoid this lady.

My wife and I got our Covid booster and flu shots here. Staff was friendly, professional, and capable. My wife was bit light headed after the shot and staff was very attentive and supportive. Good experience overall.

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service at this store. I have been patronizing five years and it just gets worse and worse. The techs have a chip on their shoulder the minute you say something. They complicate a simple request with an attitude. The manager said that they are under staffed and nervous all the time and I get that but what is the use of taking it out on the customers. This is a problem for management and this business culture comes from the top down. I might consider Walgreens instead.

I have been going to CVS pharmacy for over a year. This past week has been nothing but a nightmare. The clerks in the pharmacy department are so rude. Heather is the rudest. Amanda the pharmacy supervisor she also needs help. I was so upset when I left that I called corporate. Corporate was very nice to me and was very willing to listen to my concerns. Amanda told me that the reason it was OK for her to be rude to me was because so many addicts, sick people and homeless people come in there complaining. Excuse me??? I just wish I had checked the reviews before doing my business there. Run away from this place.

I have spent the last 48 minutes on hold with CVS customer service and when finally reached someone to find out why my private information is attached to another persons information, i was told that they can not speak with me about my own account. i asked for the fraud department and was told that that person was unable to assist and therefore, I would have to call back and speak with someone else. When i said i needed to speak with a manager, i was told that they were all unavailable and then was hung up on. after 59 minutes of being on hold with CVS, i called back and got VM that they were no closed. Be aware!! do not give them your information as it is not secure and they will not assist to rectify their errors I am giving them 1 star as they will not allow you to post without a rating. as of this moment - they would get a negative star rating.

It's always something I pharmacy. Wrong price, wrong quantity, long lines, poor customer service, and the latest is the pharmacist cannot tell me the equivalent number of milligrams of 15 MEQ. All I had to do is look online and it's right there. But according to CVS there is none. I've had it. I'll go someplace else.

Just renovated outside and parking lot- looks nice. The staff at the pharmacy is very nice and the store is clean. The rest is your usual CVS. Red box machine outside if you need one.
