Called with specific questions as a follow-up to a visit that my mother and I had in 2021. Received exactly the information that I needed in order to proceed for another visit this yearas my mother is in need of more of the product at this store. We love love love. Love the store and we love the people. In the customer service that we received back in 2021, the customer service that we received on the phone on this day was right on pointtell me exactly what I needed and even offering to assist me with any services that she could assist with. Should I need any help for my motherwith her provider? Therefore I think that this place is.

Place for you to go. To get brazshould you have had a past history of breast cancerindeed more of the product with your help of insurance be. Sure to include your insurance information. In order from your physician. To be current within 6 months. And you should be set to go. There is plenty of choices when you get there and an appointment is recommended only because they help you with the fitting and that is fantastic. My mother and I look forward to going to our next appointment once they receive the order from her physician

Heart strings is a wonderful boutique with a wide variety of bras and accessories. The ladies are very helpful and they make finding the perfect fit a breeze. A gem in NSB!

Best place ever!! I feel soo happy with my prosthetics. After my Double Mesectomy it hurt and felt weird,I look so good now. The people are wonderful and oh so helpful!! Thanks Heart Strings!!!

My first experience after my mastectomy was not pleasant and the place I had gone to closed. My sister checked near her and brought me to heart strings. Wow what a difference at Heart Strings they listened and understood my unique needs. I left feeling good about my choices and a better understanding. She keeps in touch to make sure I get what I need.

The ladies at Heart Strings Boutique did so much for my Mom's comfort and self esteem, I can't thank them enough. She visited me from GA and I made an appointment to take her in for a consultation. Based on her experiences at home she wasn't optimistic. I could hear in her voice within moments of getting into the fitting room how happy and excited she was. These ladies know their business and are absolutely fantastic.
