Purchasing a car can be so stressful. Mullinax takes the stress away. The sales team truly cares about the customers, the managers are all personable and finance makes it a seamless process. I would like to give a special shout out to my salesman, Jonathan. He was so great. I explained my thought process and what I wanted to accomplish, he went above and beyond to help me achieve it and then some. Made an appointment, specified that I would wait for my service which was an oil change and tire rotation. Was told it would take about an hour. When I got there for my appointment , was told it would be 2/12 to 3 hour wait. I could not do that so I rescheduled. Went back for my second scheduled appointment of which they told me was going to be an 1.5 hour wait. After an hour they still had not even brought my vehicle back to start. I will not be going back.
