I recently bought a new Jeep Wrangler from this dealership. My salesperson, Missy, was probably the best car salesperson I've ever worked with. She didn't use any pressure tactics, but instead offered many options based on what she heard me saying I was looking for and being fully upfront about everything. I went home the first night to sleep on it and reached out to her by phone a couple of times that night with questions, and never once did she push me in anyway. One of the options she suggested was the upgrade option of the one-touch top now offered on Jeep. Fortunately, I ended up buying a Jeep with this option, and couldn't be more thankful to Missy because once you've had a one-touch top Jeep I guarantee you'll never go back to another top option on a Jeep. I actually told Missy she should have pressured me into the one-touch it was that good. But again, she presents and explains your options and allows you to comfortably decide. Since my purchase I stop in and share Jeep stuff with Missy who is almost like a friend at this point. I highly recommend this dealership, Missy, and by all means a Jeep with the one-touch top!!!! ;-)

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I recently purchased a 2023 Ram 2500 Mega Cab. I brought the truck in a week after purchasing to have retractable steps installed. While the truck was there they backed it into something and dented the rear bumper. After several weeks of waiting for them to call and tell me the replacement bumper was painted and ready to be installed I called and the bumper miraculously appeared that same day. I scheduled to bring the truck in the following Monday morning and was waiting for it to be replaced. I notice that the replacement bumper was only painted on the side you could see. They didn't paint the back side like the factory bumper was. So they sent me home in a rental jeep. After a few days on Thursday I called towards the end of the day to see when it would be ready. Joey M told me he would check on it in the morning and get back to me. I did not hear from Joey on Friday. Monday morning I called and was told Joey would call me back. He called me back within 15 minutes and told me that there was an issue with my bumper and they were going to have to repaint it. A few hours later around 1:50pm he called and said that it was a mistake, my bumper was fine and the truck was ready for pickup. I asked if he had personally looked at it and was sure that I would be happy with it. He said yes so I packed up my tools and left a customers house early in order to drive the 2 hours from Fort Pierce to New Smyrna to get the truck. Upon arrival I noticed the truck was orange from metal shavings and dust that was rusting all over the truck. It has been over a week since that day and I have yet to hear from the General Manager or a Sales Manager on how we can resolve this issue. I have been told by the Service Manager that my only option is to accept the truck as is after it has been at the body shop they use because it was just minor issues. He even told me that it was from the train when the vehicle was originally shipped. I have owned the truck for 1 1/2 months and have never seen it turn orange from rust. I have washed it 3 times and ceramic coated it. That is a bullshit lie and I am going to see this through until this problem is no longer my problem. Awful customer service and can't take responsibility for their employees mistakes.

Just do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. If you do decide to get work done here, make sure you get everything on paper before you agree to any work because they have no clue what they are doing and they just lie to you to get your money.I went in for a cylinder 2 misfire which lead into needing a new head. Before we agreed on services we talked about what we wanted because we knew we needed a new head but we also wanted to make sure certain parts were also going to be REPLACED, not inspected and put back in, but fully replaced. Reason why is the engine made the year prior to ours had major recalls and these parts will fail after being put back into the engine. So we were very clear that along with the head being replaced, we were paying to replace the lifters, rockers, cam, and cam phaser. William told us $5700+ and we agreed and they quickly took our money. We get the Jeep back and within 2 months there is a terrible ticking noise coming from the engine. We do an oil change and find our same old oil filter from 6000+ miles ago. The dealership had the nerve to lie to us about changing our oil after fixing the engine, but they didnt even do that. If they wouldn't have lied I would have just done it myself but I didnt even think to look because I was reassured they did it already, along with brand new parts. So we take the Jeep back in and the lifters and rockers have seized (the exact reason we wanted it done the first time) AND it's not covered. Come to find out they never replaced those like they said they did, but they charged me the same as they quoted. William even confirmed it with us, when we picked up the Jeep that they were all replaced...Our big mistake was trusting them and not looking over the receipt with a fine tooth comb. Now this is even better they fought with me for ONE MONTH about how much it's going to be. First $2000+, then they admitted they were wrong and decided to help me out with covering the labor, but they still wanted to make sure to make more money off me on the parts. Finally they gave me the parts at cost. These people fought with me over $870 in parts for one month. They refused to stand behind what their employees say, so don't believe a word they say. Pathetic excuse for customer service. We asked to speak with Bruce "The manager" three times and he refused. Worst experience at a dealership ever. Now when I plan on buying the new Gladiator, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Super bummed because they are so close to our house. Had a recent issue with a key fob and they were not helpful, we only received one key fob when we purchased it vehicle. We have purchased a literal fleet from Dodge and since moving to Volusia, we hoped to create another beneficial relationship. I found the key fob myself, drove to Orange county to pick it up personally and had it programmed myself. I'm still waiting on the call to let me know they found one. They told me it was back ordered tll May. Customer service ?

Thank you Tom.I am a longtime satisfied customer.

Total ripoff on prices of parts , labor rate is $245.00 per hour. Had been looking for a used vehicle prior to getting ours fixed, after this experience, I won't ever buy a vehicle from this dealership

I bought my JEEP in to get the death wobble fixed and was charged 300.00 to diagnose and given a 16,000 estimate. Went toWilson's in Daytona and they fixed the same problem for 3,200.00 if you don't want to be robbed blind. "Run for the hills." Zero for a rating. Big waste of my time. I'm

Much better than Daytona Dodge, they answer the phone when you call for the service department.

What a joke of a service department. Took our grand cherokee in for a recall. Of course they call us and send us a service estimate for over $10k in repairs needed. New tires (I have Nitto Terra Grapplers G2 that have less than 6k miles on them), alignment, water pump (replaces 5 months ago and is very noticable), valve cover gaskets, intake manifold gasket, oil pan and gasket (gasket is leaking a very little bit but cost is over $1k to fix), and they refused to do the alignment without the purchase of new tires? What a joke! Daytona Jeep and New Smyrna Jeep both suck. If you need stealership service on your Jeep, head to DeLand at this point. Very disappointing!

I have given up and I am now dealing with their corporate office Chrysler Corp. This dealership lacks integrity, sound morals, and customer service. They were no help.

They absolutely suck! Read all the reviews and they never a respond to issues. Take it anywhere but there. Too bad they don't offer 0 stars.

They had the parts I needed. However, they were literally twice the price as anywhere else. I wish I would've checked the ratings on this dealership before going there. I will never go there again.
