Kathy was so kind and took the time to explain the process to us and talk with us about how we wanted him groomed. The salon is cosy, intimate, and calm which helped since our puppy is still getting used to the world. When we picked him up, he looked so handsome! He was groomed exactly as we pictured and he smelled incredible! We are so pleased with the service and would absolutely recommend!”
