They filled my prescriptions and were very helpful with correspondence with my doctor! Usually YOU have to contact your doctor's office to make a change. They did that for me!

I love Publix;ex-employee; used this pharmacy for the first time and won’t be back. No smiles, personality, no helpfulness. Staff is dull and apparently resent their jobs.

This Pharmacist is very racist he will not help any person of color. He spoke to my mother with complete disrespect and told her that there was no one above him for her to speak to. If you ever need a pharmacy do not use any pharmacy(Publix) Ray Raymond Luxton is currently working at. Thank You

They take forever to fill your prescription, I don't know why. I used to take my script to Littles Drug, and they would literally have me in and out in about 15-20 minutes. These people take my script and ALWAYS want to give it to me the next day. Also want to make note one time I brought my script in there and the dude took it got this really weird look on his face, like I handed him a prescription for Crack or something. It was strange. Bottomline they could be more personable and courteous. And not require you to wait obscene amounts of time to go grab something from the back, there really is no excuse for the wait times.

Extremely rude and condescending! Went to get my prescriptions filled, and they still were't ready after 6 hrs! When I inquired as to when the would be ready, I got sarcastic snarky remarks from the pharmacist! The older lady who is a tech, also a Karen!!!! Here's a thought, when someone is ill, try to have empathy! If you hate your job or your employer, you need to find a different line of work!!!If this happens again, my next stop will be corporate!

Blacks shopping there. Had the worst experience there today. The deli got my order completely wrong and acted as if it was my fault. Never even got to speak to a manager. One was paged to the front but never came so I left. Had been on hold for over 15 minutes before that

Please enforce mask wearing in your store and limit capacity of customers. Employees wearing masks are not enough. Please set a good example of safety standards for our community as COVID-19 numbers rise in our area during the busy summer season. So many out of town folks are bringing their germs to our Publix when they go to the beach. It’s the least we can do to protect our community.

Today at 9-37 am I bought two packages of Pampers for my granddaughter, but my kids bought it too. So, I must be return them. At 5 pm today I brought it back, but Publix customer service refused to take it back! Horrible! Do I have any rights to return unopened never-used items or not???!!! And of course I have a receipt!

Publix off st rd 44. This is not a closed store. However it mine as well be a Walmart. customer service is the worst. 4 people working subs but they are slower than snails! They don't say anything to any customers in line to acknowledge everyone and the online order that I ordered is taking forever!!The employee said sorry you have other orders in front of you. But really the girl in front of me ordered from another store and they skipped me! This is the closest to the beach and actually not that busy being a holiday. Got to say they are turning into Walmart's! No staff a lot of customers or vise versa.
