Best place to go for maintaining my Lincoln. Everyone there is attentive and friendly, especially Ben. I always make an appointment and they always are on time.

I’ve been using the quick lane at Mullins’s for about 4 years now for my personal and work truck. First in first out always quick. Apparently there’s a new service manager and they’re transitioning to appointment only for quick lane service. I understand for regular service but I can’t always make an appointment with my work schedule always changing. It won’t affect them, but I’m done using this place. New service writers as well, very little customer service skills.

Walked in, stood in line was next in line. When I was the only one in line I then waited 10 minutes. No one said hello, no said hello we will be right with you. No one said anything. I left and will never return.

Ben Cutler, Service Advisor, saved my sanity this morning in his immediate response to have my car checked without an appointment!!!!! An oil lantern icon showing 0/0 percent popped up on my dashboard last night driving home in the dark and I thought, the next icon would be a damaged engine. I merely showed up in desperation to the Quick Lane lobby, was fourth in the morning line and Ben immediately took my keys walked out to my car then had the chief mechanic check to see what was wrong, a total of maybe 20 minutes.
He reiterated while assuring me that I should always come in to Mullinax Ford Quick Lane with any concerns as he helped me with complete and genuine kindness, an immediate and professional investigation!!!!
I arrived there this morning over the moon worried and departed with Peace only because Ben genuinely cared and cared to provision an immediate resolution in my small world!
Oh! Happy Day now thanks to Ben's integrity!!!!!!!!!

Called to ask if there was any wait or if I could get right in to check a tire with a slow leak. Was told no wait and to come right by. Took 45 minutes to get my vehicle in the garage. The shop found a screw in the leaking tire tread more than an inch from the sidewall. Despite Michelin’s own guidance that damage in the tread can be safely repaired, they refused to repair due to “shop policy” being too near to the sidewall. Took straight to discount tire who repaired without question.

Excellent quality of service, and efficient. Which probably explains why their bays fill up fast - arrive earlier than opening time if you don’t have an appointment.

If you value your time. It's not worth the trip. I have the Ford Tire and Wheel warranty. I would have paid for my tire by now with the time I have spent. I had a slow leak in my tire. I called and let them know. They needed to see the tire. I came up, took the 45min drive and sure enough they couldn't patch it and needed a replacement tire. This is the 2nd time coming here. The 2nd time they do not have my tires in stock. I then had to return. I rearranged my schedule to be 1st in the morning after being informed that they were receiving the tire the night before. I rearrange my work schedule and my kids getting to school to be 1st in line and was at the location at 6:45a so I didn't have to wait 2 to 3 hours. I'm there 30min and I find out the tire never came in. I left frustrated and having to come back a third time and again rearrange my schedule. I worked with Von who was great but unfortunately, the day I returned for the 2nd attempt, he was not working. I arrived 10min after opening at 7:10a and I explained my situation to Don and asked if due to all the inconvenience they could push me to a sooner part of the line that was already created. I've been sitting for an hour. My car never moved. Don could careless of any inconvenience that was caused. No urgency or consideration of a customers time. I explained I had another appointment at 9a. He could careless. It would be nice if a company considered the inconvenience they put you through and the return business. Disappointed yes. I would rather not pay for the warranty for Wheel and Tire to save time, over having to come here and spend days of my time for a tire change. If you value your time...go somewhere else.
Side Note: If you have to come here, Von is the only person I'd work with. Just be sure he is working thay day.

Not only did I receive prompt and assistance at a reasonable price, Ben gave the most courteous customer service. Definitely would come back if I loved locally.
