Received half cooked rice and sloppy crab cakes. Management did not even apologize but left it to the server to deal with the issue. A serving of Fries was offered. Sadly, my prior experiences were stellar, and I was introducing this as a go-to for my family out of town, a disappointment to receive basic meal items at this standard. Kudos to the server, she made the drinks!!!

Awesome staff and great experience. Only issue we had was boat was not like the pics lol (13 yrs old parked outside moldy) and it was soaking wet from rain. Otherwise it ran great and I’d use them again but ask for current pics before renting.

We had an amazing experience renting here. Everyone was kind and welcoming, and made sure that we were ready to get out on the water. I had a few questions during our rental and made the call to the number they provided. My call was always answered promptly and with great customer service. The pontoon was in good condition and worked great. We are definitely coming back again and again. I would recommend River deck to anyone. Whether you love getting out on the water or want to try it for the first time, they will take care of you.
