About Shell
Shell in New Smyrna Beach, Florida offers a great station that is beautifully clean and new. Customers praise the kind, considerate, personable, intelligent, and hospitable staff, especially the girl behind the counter who is awesome. A lady working there is friendly, kind, honest, and even refunded a customer out of her own pocket when overcharged. The bathroom is clean, and the station is excellent, though some find it disappointing that it is not open 24 hours.

I had an issue at the gas pump and the older gentleman was great. He helped me out a lot and was extremely helpful. Thanks to him!

Refreshingly clean bathroom, and helpful attendant. Good stop for a lonely independent gas station.

This gas station staff is amazing. I am disabled and they always accommodate my needs. The staff is very friendly and the gas station is very clean and organized. This is also the cheapest place I can find my cigarettes. A+ all the way.
