Came in today for a pedicure I had super long toe nails naturally I showed the lady a picture of how I wanted me toe nails and she decided to cut them down to nothing. Then not even paint them as the picture I showed her, thankfully the owner refunded me but wanted me to still tip her I refused because why would I tip someone who not only cut off my toe nails but didn’t do a good job or give me what I wanted, anyone who likes to keep there toe nails long knows this is so upsetting. The owner made sure to call me and tell me not to come back as if I ever would. Here’s how my toes looked before my inspo picture and what she did

They quoted my girl $40 over the phone and when she showed up tried to tell her $120. They did a horrible job and didn’t even have the color she wanted. They had to “make” it. They failed at this as well as the design as you can see from the pictures. One of the nails actually fell off on the way home from getting them done. They still made her pay $70 even though she was told $40. I don’t know how this place is in business

“WOW! This place is incredible! I just moved to the area, and finding a great spot was a priority. From the moment I called, the staff was so attentive. Helen’s mom did an amazing job on my pedicure, and Helen perfected my nails with dip powder—check out the photo! I hit the jackpot finding this place and am totally in love!”

Had the worst experience! My fiancé told me to go get nails and toes done for my birthday and I got the WORST pedicure ever! They didn’t do massaging they didn’t clean under my nails and I had to ask multiple questions because they weren’t being done. I was super upset because that’s not something I get to go do often being a mom. 8 mins was how long it took for my gel pedicure. (New owners supposedly only been there 5 months now) I told them I wasn’t going to use their service for a manicure.

My GF was a regular but went it for her eyebrows and was treated awful and the owner is who helped her. They always say they are working on their customer service but it needs to start at the top. She said she was never going back but wouldn’t write a review.

New to the area and decided to check this place out. Wanted to have my nails completely redone, not just filled instead of soaking them off the man, Dan proceeded to use the Dremel and really damaged my nails. Now I am hoping not to get a fungus as it looks like there's a lot of air pockets. Do not recommend this place and will never be going there again.

I called for a pedicure around 12:30 today (Sunday) and asked about gel and paraffin and this salon has both. When I arrived, I only had to wait about 5 minutes and my pedicure was wonderful. I was very impressed with the service here. I will be back soon! ? Thank you.
