My wife was referred to sunbelt a month ago to get a portable O2 concentrator and a house unit. They called one time to make initial contact but we haven’t heard from them since. We have called several times and could only leave a voice mail as no one ever answered the phone. Now our only option is to find time to go confront them in person to get service.

My first time getting a cpap, and the sunbelt team made me feel at.easy, super friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all my questions and ensure a quality experience. I highly reccomend sunbelt for anyone getting there cpap machine!

I would just like to expound on one of the support people at Sun Belt. Erica is awesome she is awesome, helpful and so pleasant. There are things that can get complicated at SunBelt I.e. billing therapy etc. but she is there for you the client. Thank you Erica.

Wife received a new air sense 11 CPAP machine. We called to get a recommendation for a backup power supply in case of a power outage. First representative had no clue but took my number and said she would ask another rep and call me back. The call never came, so we called back later in the day. 2nd rep straight up hung up the phone. After hanging up the calls kept going to automated message to leave a number. They weren't closed yet. Finally, a gentleman answer the line and said to look on another website, Sleep direct.com. there was absolutely no reason to hang up a call. Say you don't know or give a number to the manufacturer. These machines are a life saver for many and with the possibility of a power outage existing a battery backup is not a strange inquiry.

Waited four weeks for a Phillips c-pap machine that came with out the head gear that was to be ordered at the same time. They scheduled an appt that I spent time going to and found their representative brass and obviously unhappy with providing this service. Short with patience to answer and resolve questions of concern and when informed I would wait till all parts were shipped in became more short. Called a different company who had all in stock. Check your options before you start this process.

I forgot a piece of tubing for my supplemental oxygen connection on my CPAP…Sunbelt helped me out with the tubing and they-did it with a smile!

My experience with SUNBELT MEDICAL SUPPLY & OXYGEN was outstanding!! All because of Juan, the Sunbelt employee who went above and beyond what was required on his job description to take care of me!My oxygen concentrator was to be delivered at the ‘Front Desk’ in a building about 1/2 a mile from where I was staying after just arriving in Orlando. Juan was called to deliver my oxygen concentrator late in the day. It was dark and he knew I needed the concentrator delivered to where I was staying and not left in another location 1/2 mile from where I was.Juan called my cell, asked for my exact address and drove through a maze of short streets in the dark including getting through a security gate to get the equipment I needed that night to me. . He insisted when I said getting it to me might be difficult that he would not consider anything else.Juan is very kind and compassionate. He cares about people. Juan has a complete understanding of how important it is to do more than just deliver medical equipment! I hope all the Sunbelt employees are exactly like Juan. I give Juan a 10 stars on a 5 star scale!Juan also called me after I had returned to my home to let me know he was picking up the unit so I would have peace of mind that the equipment was secure back with Sunbelt.Mary McQuaid January 2022

I’m visiting from another state, I showed up at their door and without hesitation they opened door and helped set me up with oxygen and supplies needed for my stay. Very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend

The nicest most helpful people!!! Needed foot petals for my mothers wheelchair have been looking everywhere! I showed up with no appointment and they didn’t bat an eye to open the doors and help me. The least expensive ones I could find everywhere else were $150 But these incredibly sweet people hooked us up!!! Now I can take mom to anything we want to do while she visits instead of being stuck. A super Merry Christmas to us Highly recommend this company!!!

This is a review more of employee Terri than Sunbelt Medical Supply. My mother's delivery of a hospital bed was very delayed because of a paperwork glitch. Once brought to her attention (along with my mother's dire medical need for a bed) Terri went above and beyond to resolve the problem and delivered the bed within 24 hours. My mom and dad (her caretaker) were so happy and relieved. Sadly my mom passed away unexpectedly, just two days later. But I am grateful that she was made comfortable in her own home, and her care easier for her time that was left. Medical suppliers may sometimes forget they are dealing with very sick people and suffering - but Terri's compassion and effort made my mom's last days more comfortable. Thank you, Terri.

On vacation in Daytona. I forgot a hose part to my concentrator and called Sunbelt. They were extremely helpful and provided me the part at no cost. The concern and personalized attention is exceptional. Uncommon in today’s world. Greatly appreciate this company’s devotion to our health.
