My family loved the bagels. Little did I know how lucky I was because it was pouring that day. Any other day they are always sold out. So I've been getting the German Bread instead. Everything is delicious.

From Switzerland, Armand is an old school master of his trade. He blends his integrity, knowledge, skill, and carefully selected imported ingredients to provide healthful and delicious choices that personally I have not encountered any place elsewhere. Fortunate enough, he bakes all night every Friday night to provide fresh content on Saturday mornings at the Norwoods Saturday morning market in New Smyrna Beach. Thank you, Armand, for providing us the best in the business, for moving forward on your vision to stand up the Saturday morning market as the extraordinary venue within our very own community. We are fortunate.

Amazing sea salt brownies and cinnamon buns with lemon icing. Small quiche pie is a wonderful light breakfast. Makes me look forward to Saturday mornings.

THE MOST amazing pastries, bread, crackers and the lemon cake is a must have. Find him at Norwoods on Saturday mornings. I already can't wait to go back and try more pastries. The best!

Drive 45 minutes to Deland market on Friday evenings just for Armand's bread. You will not find better tasting or quality anywhere! You can taste the love he puts into his products. Thank you Armand for adhering to Quality not quantity!

He sets up every Saturday morning at the farmers market in front of Norwoods and he is my first stop every weekend. By far the best and freshest bread you have ever had!

Whenever I'm a new Smyrna Beach I have to have his bread. I just wish I can find him seven days a week. Everything is delicious and you know he's using quality ingredients when you eat his bread if you don't feel so guilty. I can't make any recommendations of what to get but I assure you everything is delicious

Armand (the Swiss Baker) is an artisan baker who uses only the finest ingredients, almost always organic, with attention to not only the presentation and the taste of his goods, but also to their healthfulness. As a mother, I can feel good about letting my children have a sweet treat that isn't full of chemicals and preservatives, but made with care and quality ingredients. My personal favorite is the purple wheat bread. My kids love the ciabatta, pretzels, croissants and bee-sting cake. My husband loves sandwiches made on the cranberry walnut bread. I mail the brownies (and bread) to my daughter at college. Oh, the bagels are great too...I could go on and on!
