“I recently posted a review about 1 experience I had, of which I am now replacing with this one. As it turns out, it was the employee who did not properly convey what the owner had said, which was what he said below; That he would swap it out and also provide a 20% off of that product if I wanted one. Today, they swapped it out as replied to below. I also am aware that store policy is no refunds on vapes that work when you try them at the store, which is thensame averywhere. I felt this instance was an exception, and the owner agreed. It turns out the product was being replaced with a better one whilenInwas there today. I am happy to say that it was just miscommunication. I'll be back for my next purchase.”
