Left my car after hours and they towed my car, no sign near store. Even the manager came out and saw there were none posted in front..then tells me they are around the lot, which I saw none. They towed it all the way to Holly Hill. Was going to get it that night and was told by towing company was an additional charge after hours. Next day they tacked on additional $100 for DMV charge, Cost me $280. You won't be seeing me ever at your store.

If I could leave this store zero stars I would. My sister and I went in tonight to purchase 2 game controllers and some games for our Xbox! We waited in the electronics section for 30 mins looking for help... we asked at least 4 associates for help and was told to ask the person in electronics as if we haven't tried. Then a man with dreadlocks kept watching us as if we were stealing instead of helping us. So finally I had enough and went to find the manager to only get blown off to call over the radio for help in electronics like they have for the 6th time. So I went back into electronics to wait for the assistance and finally helps comes. Another associate came and purposely bumped my sister who is only 14. I will never shop in this store again and I will be filling a complaint with corporate because this is ridiculous! Never have this issue at target !

We tried to go to the Wal Mart again since New Smyrna Beach City made it mandatory to wear a mask. Saw the changed entry, saw the sign stating mandatory mask. Watched a woman walk in with no mask, Saw a woman with 5 kids no masks, saw a couple one wearing a mask. Finally I asked an employee why these people were allowed to be in the store during a mandatory mask ruling and shopping with no mask. I was told the employees cannot say anything. So you have proven the almighty dollar is more Important than your customers. Good Bye Wal Mart will NEVER return

People care! I was having a bad day and this Walmart went out of their way to make it better. I went to the store in Port Orange to get windshield wipers for my car...the first time I went by the guide and those didn't work, then I went back, stood in line to exchange those, asked for help from the automotive clerk who went by the guide, proceeded to stand in a long line for the THIRD time only to find those were also wrong!!! At this point I was so frustrated and disappointed so I went to this Walmart and broke down telling the manager my experience she was so kind listened to my entire experience then directed me to the department and told me someone would be there to help. Not expecting anyone to really be there I reluctantly walked back there and sure enough there was a nice young man there waiting for me. He said the manager radioed him and told him to expect me he then patiently listened to my story and got me the correct ones. Thank you for taking the time in a world where no one has time to care; NSB Walmart will always have my business!!!

Terrible customer service at the self checkout! Very unorganized store as a whole! Unfortunately, I live close to this Walmart and am stuck with them! The pharmacy is great though, very helpful and courteous! None of you deserve minimum wage to be $15 an hour. And none of you want to help anyone! You sure let me know that you didn't work in that department though! Very disappointed and disgusted!

Wow! Yes I know it's Walmart but really if as a Walmart employee you are at lunch, take your vest off - how am I to know you are not "allowed" to talk to me when you are at lunch. I just needed to know where the batteries where. Then I decided to find a manager and found out they were yellow vests with ear pieces - again more info than I care to know. When after talking to four employees I finally found the correct yellow vest - she could have cared less because it wasn't in her department which apparently was up front - avoid this mess completely !!!!

Can't say enough about how awesome the grocery order and pickup is. The app is amazing and this process is free. You save time and money! How is that possible? They give you fresh meat and veggies, they don't pick the bad options. So it's just like you shopped but you don't have to waste your own time doing so. Wish I had started doing this sooner and I really wish they had t years ago when my kids were tiny. This is a game changer!

Ok. So it's official. I am D-O-N-E with this joke of a store. Went last night at 10:30, filled my cart, went to check out and the self checkout was closed. Apparently they close those lanes every night between 11 and 12. Go to a register to check out and guess what? ONE cashier to serve the customers. At this time, there were approximately six other customers on line. One or two had full carts. After waiting 30 minutes, I left empty handed. No management, employees out front on the benches smoking and yapping on their cell phones. I took a picture. There are SIX sitting on the benches. Fast forward to tonight and I'm just leaving the Port Orange store. What a difference!! Self checkouts open, a few cashiers at the registers and a very pleasant young woman up front directing the customers AND the employees. My new "go to" Walmart. These employees value their jobs. --

This Walmart is open 24 hrs a day. We stopped in and found a article of clothing that we wished to try on and then buy. But the employee would not let us try the clothing on after 10pm. What an inconvenience for the customer who is shopping after 10pm. I was told by two other employees that the manager on duty had a key and usually unlocks the door for customers. Yet was told by other employees that no manager was on this evening. That seemed questionable.

We pass 2 other Walmart's to get to this Walmart when coming from home. This Walmart seems more clean, happy and friendly. Since it so close to the ocean they also always have so much more beach related things such as swim suits, coolers, and fishing supplies. The fishing section is the best around when it comes to Walmart's.

Like any other Supercenter. Produce isn't great however. Plenty of self check out lanes and usually plenty of cashiers to get you in and out. Lot of empty carts in parking spaces so they could do a better job of cleaning those up. But they've got all your basic needs, and always low prices to match of course.

It was my first time at this Walmart. In my opinion it's bigger than the one in Sanford. It's nice and cleaner also.

HOW TO SHOOT YOUR SELF IN THE FOOT. Walmart introduced self check out at this store some time ago, and I immediately began using this service. At first I was impressed, but then the problems began. I always double check my receipts when I get home and I noticed that several times I had been charged for the same item twice. Then my credit card was rejected and my thoughts were no problem, if my card has been hi jacked I will have an email from my bank when I get home. Then I tried anther credit card which only has one standard charge per month, and it was also rejected. So, no cash, no check book with me, so I re ran the credit card and after many attempts the charge was accepted. While at customer service getting a credit for a double charged item, I asked a very helpful and knowledgeable customer service person about the double charges and my credit card being rejected. I was told that the double charges were because when turned off at night the sound volume on the machines was lowered, and the the person that booted the machines up in the morning was forgetting to turn the sound volume up. I was also told that the reason for my credit card being rejected was due to internet problems, system updates, etc. I almost forgot to mention the balky machines. Lately I have noted that some of the machines will not let you scan an item by moving an item quickly across the scan area; the item must be placed face down on the scanning area for it to ring up. OK one other item, if you pause to scratch your nose, check your basket, etc, the machine times out and and you must tell it that you are not ready to check out. This self check out is surely saving Walmart a lot of money, and Walmart apparently is trying to save even more money by giving us substandard equipment and internet service. This adds up to a time consuming and frustrating experience for the customer. One other thing (actually many more but I will only mention one), I asked for a larger bag so that all my frozen food could be placed in one bag along with a frozen pizza, and the attendant told me that they had asked for larger bags (which Walmart has at the regular check out registers) and were told that larger bags could not be used at the self service check out. Here, we the conscientious customers, are willing to help Walmart save a lot of money, but again, as usual, Walmart customers are getting short changed. This Walmart has a great opportunity to gain new up scale customers due to the Publix just down the road being closed for several months due to totally rebuilding the store. But the way things are unfolding that is unlikely. I have used Home Depot's self check system for a log time, and I have never had problems. Maybe Walmart should take some lessons from Home Depot.

This Walmart is the worst they wouldn't offer a trade for something that I was returning for the same item even though when I went to a different Walmart they offered me the trade but they didn't have the item I needed in stock and then when I went to the exit clearly upset the lady at the door stopped me and asked me if the item I was holding belonged to me and I just kinda looked at her cause she saw me come in with it, so this was the worst experience I have ever had at a Walmart and I would give them no stars if I could.
