I currently do not bank it, Wells Fargo however, I had a cashiers check that was written from Wells Fargo. I called this location and spoke to the branch manager. His name was Joseph Palmer, and he went above and beyond with helping me and informing me of everything that is involved with a cashiers check. Typically if you don’t have an account with a bank. People tend not to be very helpful. Mr. Palmer was more than helpful and he exceeded. Any expectation I may have had. I highly recommend doing business with him and this branch.

My father died . So I had someone try to deposit 5,000 cash to my account - they don’t accept cash fromNon members . He drove 2 hours to get a cashiers check then they wouldn’t accept it because I didn’t sign it . He mailed me the check then I signed it and they would t take it because of all of the “ endorsements “ which was only two- one stamp from THEM - rejecting because I didn’t sign it . Then I signed it - honestly what bank doesn’t take cash or cashiers checks - run from this bank they are a headache and will give you a run around

Horrible! no one will even answer the phone no matter how long I agree to wait! Won’t allow new customer to use zelle, maybe they should advise or advertise that before people open accounts there. That’s ridiculous! That’s the only payment my landlord will accept!!!!!!!!

8 people working at the branch, only 1 capable of notary services. Been waiting for 20 minutes while two people are working email in their office. And the tellers talking about how busy they yso they can't answer the phone and help answer questions. I miss the old wells Fargo when customer service was cool.

Wells Fargo is a terrible bank but this is an even worse location. Made a significant deposit which they keep extending a hold on, and before and after a hurricane, wouldn't release any of the funds. Not only would they not release anything with a natural disaster, when I went into the branch for assistance, the banker was extremely rude and told me the branch manager would call me after his lunch break. No call, nothing. As soon as these funds are available, I am taking my money and getting out. They are the absolute worst.

Lost my debit card, they don’t give out temporary cards, you can’t use the atm and you can’t go to the bank to pull out money when they are closed. that “5-7” business days it takes to get your new card, DONT expect to use the money in your account because you can’t do anything unless the business has Apple Pay. Wells Fargo is one of the worst banks to be apart of.

Strong dislike of this branch. Rude unhelpful employees, no one answers the phone so they are probably understaffed. Entrance/ exit location suck too. Divest from corporate banking!

Was told they do currency exchange over phone then went in and got told they don't, very unprofessional at giving "proper" information so wouldn't want to bank with them, also they weren't very kind to me.

Staff has always been very courteous. The drive-through does get busy but the tellers are always very nice. They have a walk up ATM and are just now installing a drive-through ATM (not in service just yet). This is the only location open on Saturdays.

My husband was looking to change banks, I have been a long time customer at Wells Fargo so I suggested he switch his accounts here. We came into the New Smyrna 44 Branch together on Saturday to open a joint account and to get information on switching his two business accounts to Wells Fargo. The joint account was set up but there was some issue with online banking so the Wells Fargo employee rushed us out and told us to call the online help number. We called the number and they told us they'd have to process a form and to call back in 2 business days. We call back in 2 days and they tell us to go back into the branch for help... We both work 9-5 so had to wait to go back in on the following Saturday. This time we were helped by employee Lesley Green. We told her the issue, my husband isn't able to use online banking we called and they told us to come in. I am able to log in just fine but every time he tried it gives an error message. From the instant we met Mrs green she had a bad attitude for no apparent reason. She said "i can see you don't have an online banking account, what do you want me to do about it?" ....... wow. Well that's why we are here on our day off trying to get it fixed. She called the online number and we attempted to change the user name and password 3 times and it still kept giving us the error message. Mrs Green said "well sometimes the system is down for maintenance that must be what it is" i logged in right there on my phone and It was working just fine there was nothing wrong with the system at that time but my husband gets the same error message every time he tries to access online banking for a week now. We've been into the branch twice and talked to online banking by phone 3 times. Mrs green had no response but "oh well we can't help you." My husband decided to just close the account. You would rather lose a customer and have us close the account than to do anything at all to help us? There was no answer or suggestion to a solution at all basically just a bad attitude and yeah close the account and leave from mrs green. I can't believe the terrible customer service we received here. I have been with Wells Fargo for 13 years! I will be closing my accounts and taking my business elsewhere after this experience. This branch obviously doesn't give a about its customers.
