We went in there for a few items while waiting for Gator Homecoming ... and what a friendly place. To start with, they have a Shop Cat that you will adore, I just wish I remember the name correctly. We were told that people come in just to visit the cat and I believe it. The staff were great with finding our needs for a generator quick fix and we're a pleasure to talk with. After walking the store I about decided that if they didn't have it, you probably didn't really need it. Outstanding store!!

I have been shopping at ACE in Jonesville since it opened. They have had my blower in for repair for over a month for a simple pull cord replacement. I like the store and the staff but their repair shop is over priced and delivers poor service...

Online Exclusive Sale offer for a Stihl Weedeater FS 56-RC. Purchased online and picked up on-site. Staff was extremely helpful and informative. Staff assisted with the actual initial starting and registering of the product for warranty. Informed that in-house maintenance is available upon request. I will most definitely return to this location due to excellent customer service!

Customer service could use some work…FYI Chris being bothered by a customer and mumbling something along the lines of what’s up while I’m waiting at the counter to pick up an order isn’t really customer service. I’ll shop at another Ace Hardware so I “bother” Chris again.
