Even though ATT service folks online sent me to this store to complete an ATT prepaid line, this store refused to help me or do the things that the Corporate folks said they could help me with. They say that they don't do anything with Prepaid even though the store has a display of prepaid. I waited patiently for a long time and they wouldn't help when it was my turn, directing me to drive many miles away.
I was just trying to get a sim card for a modem to be used in a Science experiment. Nothing complicated.

I have loved this store up until recently. The new manager Thomas was rude and disrespectful. I have called multiple times in the past week trying to talk to someone about my bill and no one will answer. This is not the way to keep a customer coming back or happy for that matter. Very disappointed in how this store has changed.

Today I went to AT&T store Newberry Rd Gainesville. I was helped by Thomas he was amazing, answered every question very detailed.He made my shopping experience easy, and he did it with a smile.

Worst experience we have ever had. We went in 4 times to try and get some stuff done and couldn’t get it done. We had to sit on the phone for 2 hours with customer care. AT&T needs to change it to where their employees actually have work to do vs being in their phones. Let them be able to do something in store vs sending people to customer care for everything. Will never go back to this store again. Especially if I only get directed to customer care which is horrible.

It was a long wait because there were two customers in front of us. Thomas, sales person and technician was taking care of two people at the same time. He is very good at multitasking and he gives us good information and good advice every time.

I have not been to this store for several years. New staff are fantastic. Shana took care of me and she is friendly, knowledgeable and looked at my service to make sure my plan was best for me.
A complete change since last there. Great experience and will be back for a new phone in the future.
