Jessie and Amy are the best Nail Techs in town, bar none! They are masters are at their own craft. I have been going to Jessie at 1st Nails for 12+ years now and have never looked elsewhere. If you want the best service in town, this IS the place!!! You will be spoiled for choice at product options and services offered. They offer nothing but the best products. Outstanding and efficient service all around. Great whenever you feel the need for some pampering! Highly recommended!

I love Natalie! She's an awesome nail tech a well as Holly . Everyone in this shop has a following, so you can't go wrong. She is very careful with my arthritic hands and makes my nails look amazing. Wonderful pedicures!

Update w/ picture below of what my nail looks like now. This is why is upset me so much when they told me it was my fault she burned me. I have to wait for the whole nail to grow out before it looks healthy again. :/
Disappointing, to say the least. The young lady was pressing too hard with the electric tool to remove the gel, and as a result accidentally burned my nail bed.
The young lady was offended I said something and instead of “I apologize and will go lighter”, she blamed me, saying it was my fault. Instead of taking responsibility and both of us moving forward, she blamed me and of all days on my Birthday before picking my son up.
But it didn’t stop there, I was blamed by two other ladies who come to stick up for the young lady. I am sad that this happened, as I am a long-time customer.
I forgive them, but unfortunately, they lost my business. It’s sad that one cannot hold themselves accountable and then blame the other person for their mistake. What happened to ones integrity. 🤦♀️

I've been searching for a nail place that I really liked & found a home here. Everyone was so nice & sweet! When I called after 3 weeks to schedule a fill in, they remembered who I was immediately & it just reaffirmed that I finally found the best place 💜

I have been coming here for over 7 years and am always happy with the results. Sometimes I know exactly what I want; sometimes I ask Jessie to pick (after 7 years she knows what style/colors I like). Always friendly. Always professional. Even if I go somewhere else (out of town or a wedding party event), I am eager to get back here to have them done like they know I like them. Would definitely recommend them!

I had a good experience here! It was a decent price for what I got and it was very easy to schedule an appointment. My nail technician was very kind and she did a good job. The communication was a little difficult due to the language barrier, but overall I had a very positive experience. I would definitely come here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

Not a pleasant experience. I went in there to get my acrylics removed and I was waiting for a while before I was assisted. After 30 minutes of waiting they took me to get my nails removed and it was very unprofessional. She was drilling the nail down and burned my skin a few times and started drilling my real nail which kept hurting. There is no protection barrier so all the dust and nails were going in my eyes and face which was unpleasant. Then my technician left to assist other clients while I was waiting for my nails to soak. I didn’t mind this but it took her a good 20-25 minutes and I had mentioned to her I needed to go for a meeting. She came back to my station and took the drill tip and reused it on the other client and then came back and reused the same drill on me. It was not hygienic. After all was said and done it took me way more than an hour to get my nails removed which is usually a 15 minute procedure. I was late to my meeting and then my natural nail broke, which hurt so bad. My advice to this business is to 1) not make their clients wait for so long and tell them it will be 5 minutes, 2) staff needs to be more professional, 3) proper hygiene needs to be implemented, 4) consider hiring more technicians. I also noticed a lot of the nail polish was expired and the nail samples were dusty and chipped. I was told to not go here but I gave it a chance since it was so close to my meeting area but I don’t think I will go back again.Service: Acrylic nails
