We walked in this past Thursday and was greeted immediately as me and my family stepped into this branch. We were able to do our business with Daniel List (Branch Leader). He was knowledgeable, efficient and overall fast. Answered all of our questions and we were in and out in a heart beat. Our experience I this branch was a 10/10. Let's see how it goes with this company. Thanks again Daniel for your great customer service.

At first it was a bit frustrating being a new Truist customer. It took about 3 visits to get my new checking account up and running as well as getting shipped the correct debit card I wanted AND visiting twice to have it work with Google Pay. Can't say I've had an enjoyable onboarding experience with Truist.That being said, I am happy with the level of customer service and attention I've received from Lenz Gelin. He's very nice, friendly, got to work on my issues and took care of them every time. Ever since then I've had no issues with Truist, their service, or their mobile banking app and Google Pay works without issue.While I don't recommend signing up with Truist via online like I did, I do recommend you go to your local branch to get signed up and if you're anywhere near the Steeplechase Truist, book an appointment with Lenz and he'll get you sorted out with a friendly and respectable service.

DO NOT TRUIST YOUR MONEY HERE! Truist bank will run you into the ground the minute anything changes. Then the minute they got the chance they sold my mortgage to another company. I will never trust a bank that sells my mortgage to another bank.

Horrible bank! Since switch from SunTrust, Have spent every week with at least one problem including missing funds! Do yourself a favor and go next-door to Campus USA

This bank has been a headache every since the switch, I went for an issue with my account it has been 16 days my account is still in the negative I’ve called and left messages for Dan no return calls when speaking to the customer service 800 number there is such a language bearer, I only use this bank for a part time job that I work because they use to bank with them I’m now starting to see why they went with Columbia bank this is ridiculous the hurdles you have to jump through

Bank said they closed my account. Got an email statement. Called fraud line. They told me the account was never closed and that I will have to come in person to close it...again. This is a rotten bank chain, would not recommend

Absolutely terrible bank since they switched to truist from sun trust. Can’t access any of my online banking stuff, and just plain rude people with long wait times to talk to anyone with sense. Would necessitate recommend banking here.
