Always a great crew here! Helpful and kind. As I was leaving the store today, I suddenly had car trouble. Kim asked if I was alright as she passed by me looking bewildered with the hood open. My car wouldn't start.
I needed a new battery terminal and TSC sells them! Kim took me to the aisle and helped me find the right one. I purchased the terminal and, with Kim's awesome help, got
it installed and was headed home in no time at all!!
I could have been stuck in the parking lot for hours waiting for help. Kim went above and beyond. You guys hire the nicest people. Thanks TSC

This place has the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff you'll ever encounter in a hardware store. The staff use and know their own products, including the riding mowers, various miscellaneous accessories, attachments and tools.
In particular, I want to call out Josh, who really goes out of the way to be helpful and pleasant. However, all regular employees here are great.
Quality of products is also generally great. This is my preferred store of this type, and I only venture to other stores when I can't find something here.

We travel all over North America and stop at Tractor Supply often. This store is the top of the top. The manager Kim was kind, knowledgeable and wasted no time. The store was clean, well stocked and the entire staff was polite and helpful.

Used to be good but lately it's like the employees just don't want to do any work. Went in for dog food but the bag wasn't there, employee at register was bothered when I asked about a product. Then he asked someone else to check and the checked the same shelf I checked instead of checking in the back. Went home, ordered item online and it was ready in the store within the hour. So much for customer service.

I try to avoid this location unless I have to try to buy something. They are usually out and their inventory is always off. Nobody cares either. It’s not just one time or a short period…it’s been like this for over 2 years. It’s super small, tight parking, slow checkout, and you are kinda on your own here.
The only reason why I don’t give it a deserving 1 star is that I do appreciate that they are here and are open.

A great experience i spend alot of money at the high springs tractor supply store and they always have what im looking for or need and it seems like they have everything im not looking for or i really dont need but have to have so its a great store im so glad they decided to open a store here in high springs

I had the best customer service today from Diane and Dede. I always dread dealing with warranty stuff and returns because I’ve had such a hassle with it in the past but today to my surprise, these girls found my receipt in the system handled my return, and had me on my way within five minutes! Nowadays, good customer service is somewhat hard to find ,So I wanted to recognize these two ladies for their outstanding customer service!

Customer service is fantastic but whoever is in charge of keeping their feed supply in stock is not keeping up with the demand ° besides the fact they are out of commonly purchased feed they do an excellent job
