I’m incredibly disappointed with this location. I shipped out three packages in the beginning of September. Only two of them made it to their destination. I tried to track the package with the tracking number that was given to us on the receipt. It says it’s invalid. I called the store to see what could be done and what happened with my package. I was told the manager would give me a call. And I never received a call. I called again a couple days later. And was told she was on vacation. I filed my own claim, but apparently that takes 2 to 3 weeks to hear anything about which is outrages. I shipped over $200.00 worth of items in a wedding party proposal box to our friends. And it just disappeared in a thin air. I was told the tracking number must’ve been deleted somehow By the warehouse?? How’s that even possible? And there’s no way to contact the warehouse to have it looked into you have to go through this asinine Claims process

I paid $410 including insurance and this artwork handmade by my mother 40 plus years ago arrived with the frames completely shattered including frames in another box. I filed my claim in July, and on September 6th I got an email that my claim is now finally being sent to the claims adjuster. I have gone back and since paid to have them reframed costing $304 now bringing my total to $714. I received a check for $207 which in a email it was for the other box. This has been a disheartening experience. Amazon returns are done and honored in a timely manner. I would take precautions shipping valuable items.

Young man that works there employee 193509 is always so kind and helpful. He’s an excellent worker. I’m sorry I don’t know his name. I will ask the next time! The handful of times I’ve been in there he’s always been very kind and helpful and I appreciate his kindness, very good worker & he should recognized!

Just had to drop off something that had been delivered to the wrong address.
The young girl at the counter was extremely rude about it.
Finally told me to set it on the counter where I guess it will be picked up by someone else?
I have no idea.
By that time I was too angry to worry about it.
Don't see why I should return here.

Dont buy a book of stamps here! They charge 90 cents a stamp which is a $4.19 surcharge. A book of stamps at Publix in the same shopping center is 13.80. Take the time to walk 50 steps to publix

Best customer service I’ve ever had at a UPS store. I was in and out so fast I didn’t even catch the name of the gentleman that helped me, but appreciate him! Highly recommended.
