I stopped by Ace Hardware just to look around and ended up finding a few things I needed for my yard — I picked up two rakes and a weed puller. Amanda was super helpful! I asked her about the prices and which tools would work best for my yard, and she took the time to explain everything in detail. She even went out of her way to show me the right grass seeds to help get my lawn healthy again. Great experience — thank you, Amanda, for being so kind and knowledgeable!

I love Walkers Ace Hardware. Both the one in Niceville and Bluewater are always so helpful and friendly. Today I had a friend with me and she started reading the cards in Bluewater. The cashier joined in and you talking about 3 girls having a good time we had a comedy show going on and even the guys stopped to listen. It's was so nice to have the small community back where everyone was just laughing together. Wayne I'm not in the restaurant business anymore if you would like us 3 to entertain your customers with your fabulous cards. And by the way anyone looking for a unique card for someone who loves laughing go to Ace. I promise you will find one. Thank you for being one of our few home town business 😊

Amazing store. They seem to pack everything you need despite the location appearing small. They utilize their space very efficiently.
I am NOT a very handy person and I really appreciate how knowledgeable employees jump in to help me identify and find what I need for my project every time I've been there.

The customer service is amazing. Great selection of most bits and bobs I need to do the basic jobs or stuff around the house. The friendly staff seems like a family hardware store at times.

Edit: i decided to go back in And get this item, to find out someone put it behind the counter when i called... and didn't tell anyone and the person i talked to in the store didn't ask anyone... just bad communication all the way around... but i just wanted to be transparent.. original: If i could give 0 i would.... i called up here and talked to 2 seperate ppl that both told me they had 2 of what i was looking for.... 15 mins b4 i got there... i called so i didnt waste a trip up here... wouldnt ya know i got here and they didnt have 2... and the one they had was on display for god knows how long and how many ppl knocked it over.. i asked someone and told them they said yall had 2... well sorry.. great customer service... lie to your customers or at least dont go look when they call so they waste an hr of their work day... fantastic service.. would recommend...
